I Came in looking for something particular I saw on the website, just an inexpensive bedroom set for a guest room. The set was not in stock and with all the shipping delays due to covid was going to be a couple months. After exploring several different options and striking out all the way around as I was about to give up and look elsewhere a solution was found on a clearance piece. I have over 20 years of sales and sales management experience and can say only the best about this experience all the way around. Yes I had to be a little flexible on price but I got what I needed and stayed within my budget. My only regret is I don't remember the managers name, but I believe it was Rachel or Robin or something like that. I went Slumberland as I heard there was a great sale. I was looking around briefly and a very pleasant lady came up and asked if she could help me find anything? I told her I would like living room furniture that is comfortable, built well and easy to take care of since I have two cats. Patty took me over to the LazyBoy section and proceeded to tell me all about the brand, how it is made, and the various styles available. Patty is not your typical salesperson looking for a commission. She is genuinely interested in assisting the customer without being pushy. Excellent customer service! Rebecca made sure we were taken care of. She gave us different options and choices for putting together a bedroom and living room set of furniture. Also was able to arrange for the mattress to be delivered the same day so we would have something, besides the floor, to sleep on that night. Delivery drivers were very good as well, taking good care of our furniture and returning one piece to the store, that didn't fit on the way to our room, without complaining or acting like they were being bothered.
