Our recent stay at the Comfort Inn (aptly renamed in our group to the Uncomfortable Inn) was without question the most distressing hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m compelled to leave this review not only to document the numerous issues we encountered, but to also warn others—especially families—about the serious cleanliness and safety concerns at this property. We were in town for a youth baseball tournament, so the hotel was full of children and families. From the moment we arrived, the experience was subpar. The entire 4th floor reeked of mildew, and the rooms were in an unacceptable state. Windows were wide open with no screens, doors didn't close properly (some could be pushed open from the outside), and the overall condition was filthy. The front desk staff lacked any sense of urgency or care. When a cooler was spilled in the lobby and we offered to clean it ourselves if given a towel, we were told someone would handle it. Hours later, the mess remained, soaking into the carpet. The pool room was sweltering—well over 90 degrees—and visibly covered in mold. It felt hazardous to even stand in there. The king suite we booked at $240/night was anything but luxurious. Upon initial entry, we noticed the overpowering mildew smell but chalked it up to a long day. We left quickly for dinner, having barely spent 10 minutes in the room. When we returned later that night and attempted to pull out the sofa bed for our son, we were horrified to find it heavily stained. This prompted a deeper inspection of the room—and that’s when things went from bad to unbearable. The king bed was found to have multiple stains, body hair, and worst of all, bed bugs. Multiple live bugs were discovered and documented. At that point, we immediately woke our children, packed our belongings, and went to the front desk to report the issue. The overnight staff was entirely unhelpful—refusing to look at the room, refusing to offer another room, and essentially leaving us stranded at 3:00 AM. Fortunately, the Holiday Inn next door was able to accommodate us, even offering a discount after hearing what we had gone through. Their staff was professional, the facility was clean, and it served as a stark contrast to the horrific condition of the Comfort Inn. To the Comfort Inn's credit, our stay was refunded. However, that gesture does not come close to addressing the magnitude of this situation. We were displaced in the middle of the night with children, exposed to unsafe and unsanitary conditions, and upon returning home, several members of our family are now experiencing respiratory symptoms—likely due to the poor air quality and mold exposure during our brief time in the hotel. This property should be thoroughly inspected for health code violations and structural safety issues. No guest—especially not families with children—should have to endure what we did. I do not consider this issue resolved, and I strongly encourage corporate oversight to investigate and intervene immediately, I also hope that anyone else who shares these experiences files complaints as well. I will be reaching out to corporate asap.

We enjoyed this hotel as much or more than any other hotel on our trip across the country! The location is perfect for I-70 travelers! (And of course for Nascar peeps during race events.) The room was sparkling clean. Our beds were stellar - very comfy and felt new. The pillows were very fluffy - perfect imo. The room was plenty big for two full size mountain bikes, two dogs, and two adult humans. The staff member that checked us in was delightful and included info on where we could walk the dogs. I made the reservation online after closely reading the info on dog friendly rooms, and a big enough parking area for our 4-dr Chevy truck and trailer. The hotel was not full so parking was a breeze. It might have been "interesting" if the hotel was full as we had to park across 3 spots along the back. The area felt safe and was very clean. The dog walking area was lovely, soft grass with bags and a trash can. After most of the other stays we had being a tiny dog area or none at all - just sides of the properties full of sticker plants - our pups were very happy! Our room was on the 1st floor closest to the back door and freeway, yet the noise was minimal. At worst it sounded like trains in the distance minus the whistles. We slept late and got to breakfast at 8:50am - they close at 9am. There was still PLENTY of hot food, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, hard boiled eggs, several types of toast, bagels and Philly cream cheese, cold cereal... etc. The young lady in charge of the food checked with us to make sure we had all we wanted before she started closing down. Overall a great experience!

Decent hotel at a decent price. Clean and comfortable. Modern hotel that was likely constructed very recently and conveniently located right along I-70. Grab-and-go breakfast in the morning (for COVID safety) included microwaveable Jimmy Dean sandwiches, wrapped muffins, yogurt, and bananas. This hotel was perfectly suited our needs for an affordable one-night stop while road tripping. I booked it as an Express Deal on Priceline for a 3-star hotel. The location was also a negative because, as other reviewers have mentioned, you can clearly hear highway traffic from your room. However, it's subtle and it didn't prevent me from sleeping or wake me up so it ended up not being an issue. We were also originally assigned a room that was beside a wedding party block w/ folks partying and hopping among their rooms... Before entering our room, I went back down and asked if there was anything else available on a different floor and Cathy came in clutch and got us a different location; thanks Cathy! We were away from any noise and were able to sleep comfortably that night before hitting the road again in the morning. I'd stay here again if road tripping through!

Wonder Experience, one of the best we have experienced. Ms/Mrs. Bonny who works the front desk in the evening is very: hardworking, Kind, and considerate! You have the Manager Mr. Patel, seems like a wonderful manager ready to serve and help in anyway he can! The young woman who cleans the tables, serves the breakfast, and etc does an excellent job, of making sure everything is tidy. Their workers who clean the rooms, are very helpful, and do a very good job overall! The maintenance workers are very hardworking and help with keeping the overall hotel spic and span!

Beautiful and very clean hotel, it has joy to stay here! This hotel was provided by the One and Only God Almighty! Also, those who care about the water you bathe in, they have interchangeable shower heads. Their fridge, has a small freezer part to it, which is very nice, it holds more than you think it should. Every morning you have the opportunity to participate in having a hot breakfast, cold cereal, or hot cereal or pastries! One of the best!

They have a pool and i believe they have an exercise room too! I do not swim, so no comment on this! I did not get to checkout their exercise...
