Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Bonner Springs

This is the second time I've gone to this location, and the second time I've gotten sick after. Never going back again obviously.

In fact, I'm fairly cirtian with the way the staff acted and the food I've received from them, that they've been "annoyed" with me and/or my order and may have purposely tampered with the food or made it poorly on purpose to discourage me from coming back.

The first time chalupas were literally a rock from sitting out so long, the sour cream had separated on the chalupa, and the tiny amount of lettuce was wilted and dark as if it was made prior to my order and left to sit instead of made when i ordered it. The chicken inside was weird as well and the sour cream and lettuce were the same temp as the chicken, obviously not made fresh. I noticed this the third bite into my inedible 30 dollar meal for 2, and got terribly nauseous that night with what little I ate..

This second time my burrito is hardly anything but spicy sauce with a few strands of wilted lettuce and again weird dark shredded chicken.. I passed it up this time learning my lesson prior, but ate other parts of the meal and regret that thoroughly because this time I actually puked from the nausea caused after eating here..

Truly appalled that people would rather make someone sick than just do their job. Not at all surprised by the other reviews here. I desperately think this place needs better management and staff with better attitudes about the work they're paid to do.

I worked food service for years, I get it. It sucks. But take some pride in the work you do, and it is never ok to hurt someone else when they're just trying to get dinner at the end of the day. I'll never be back to see it, but I hope the right person sees this and makes the right changes to this place, the food, AND...

If I could give Zero stars I would. First the guy at the window decided to round my change up for the KFC foundation didn't ever ask. Just went ahead and did it. What tipped me off was my order is never an exact doller amount and the car behind me when I was paying I heard him tell them the exact same total as me. I looked at my receipt and seen it. Then I always order the Nachos bel grande and request for my chips and the toppings separate because I have a ways to drive home and don't want the chips to be soggy. I order with no tomatoes and ask for guacamole and chicken added which I pay extra for. MULTIPLE TIMES I get home and only have nacho cheese chicken and guac... No beef, no beans, no sour cream. This time I had enough and drove all the way back to ask for it to be made right. The manager at first tried to say I had a power bowel. Do what?? No I explained I had a nachos bel grande and wanted everything else just minus the tomatoes he fixed my order finally but this is rediculous. I'm done with this taco bell. I'll drive out to the legends. The manager has been the same one for yrs and does not have a grip on this establishment. Even after he gave me my fixed order he was riding and reminding his employees to push the KFC foundation donation. No wonder the kid in the drive thru just rounded my order up w/out asking. He didn't want to be hounded about people not wanting to donate. Won't...

I went thru the drive thru, was greeted and asked for a moment to look at the menu. No response just awkward silence for a minute or so before he eventually shut his mike off. Minute later he asked again “can I help you?” But with attitude this time. I had my car turned off radio off as close to the speaker as i could get but he still didn’t hear me and I had been working in a loud warehouse all day and no one else had a hard time hearing me so clearly he’s hard of hearing or the speaker box sucks. I leaned out the window and had to basically shout my order still with manners and all. After ordering he asked if I wanted to round up and donate except he didn’t speak clear enough and I thought he just said the total so I started to pull up and he pops an attitude and says “ok guess not!” And I said sorry what I couldn’t hear you and he just continued with the attitude and talking under his breath. Got my food and wasn’t given a receipt or offered one. Everything in the bag looked like it was just tossed in and crushed and broke my hard taco. The nacho fries weren’t shaken in the seasoning instead just dumped on top. I had asked for no tomatoes and their were tomatoes. Had asked for the mac n cheese spicy wrap but it was regular not spicy. The soda was more than half ice. And I couldn’t ask for a remake or my money back because I wasn’t given a receipt.
