Booked DIRECTLY on hotel's website. Even if you use a hotel discounter, Hotel Sync will MATCH their price. (That impresses me.) A lovely surprise, from check-in to check-out. Before check-in, we received a text, asking our preferred room temp. A second text asked for our ETA. We ended up being delayed by an hour. (Our cat insisted we write down his instructions, before our departure.) Texted our new ETA, and actually received a reply. (Real humans, here, folks.) After check-in at the registration desk, we were escorted to our room. Two-room King Premium Suite was GINORMOUS. (Spring for the superior shower. You'll be glad you did.) We asked for highest floor, with a non-shared balcony. Fourth floor was already filled. Got Room 308. O.K. Balcony view was a parking lot. But we enjoyed our morning coffee, on the balcony. We watched a happy Corvette owner, prep for his departure, with a brand spanking new Corvette. Coffee was created by Cheyenne, at the coffee bar. She asked us what could she make for us. (Was this Starbucks? Did I accidentally walk across the street, to Starbucks?) She prepared a double-shot espresso latte, with our choice of milk and syrup options. YUM. Used the casting feature on TV remote, to cast our mobile Netflix and Hulu accounts, onto room TV. Full size kitchen appliances. Let's be honest: I didn't come here, to cook. But if I HAD to, Hotel Sync had me covered. Fridge kept all of our drinks cold. In-room coffeemaker, coffee, and usual accouterments. Slippers for your use. Even disposable earplugs, on nightstand! Saved the best part for last: the premium shower. Holy cow. Excellent water pressure. Rainfall showerhead, above. Handheld shower handpiece. Three- count 'em- THREE adjustable body showerheads. Nirvana achieved. Hotel was quiet (a Sunday check-in, Monday noon check-out). Room access was easy. Staff was friendly. Room was immaculate. Shell and Huck's gas stations nearby, to fill up, before you go. Starbucks is nearby, as well, if your Hotel Sync free (and complimentary- (snicker)) custom coffee order isn't to your liking. Cheyenne, our barista, asked us to take a sip, before walking away. She said if we didn't like it, she would be happy to create a new drink. Thank you, Hotel Sync. You thought of everything a traveler would want, for a restful...
Read moreI do not go out of my way to normally review places that aren't food-related, but this was a necessary review for me. This hotel was INCREDIBLE! Very fairly priced, better than most "4 star" hotels I've been to, super friendly staff, very clean hotel rooms, and their room set ups are so neat! I love that it comes with a whole couch + 2 TVs so I don't feel weird having to eat on the bed. The kitchen is fully decked with a sink, microwave, stove, full fridge+freezer, and tons of utensils, cups, plates, and bowls! The shower was SO COOOOL!!! I love that it had a waterfall shower head, 3 shower jets, AND a handheld shower head! I genuinely could spend an hour raving over how great this stay was for how little we were here!
The bed was a tiiiny bit too firm for my liking, but I'm not going to complain honestly! I've slept on way more firmer beds at hotels.
The staff were so incredibly kind to make my boyfriend a coffee during the after hours. I can't personally speak for the coffee itself, but my boyfriend is quite picky on his coffee and he REALLY really enjoyed it!
We both felt very safe, very welcomed, and very comfortable overall. It feels like a mini apartment! I would truthfully live here if I lived alone and happened to live in Kentucky - that's how good it is! Sadly, we were only here for a night because we're heading to Ohio from Texas, but this was an unforgettable hotel experience!
This overall was such an incredible experience enough that I want to plan a trip out to Kentucky specifically so we can stay here again! Please consider opening more locations in other states! Texas needs this sort of...
Read moreGreat place...highly recommended. Clean , nice layout and furnishings. Two rooms. 1 a bedroom with 2 beds , furniture , flat screen TV. A 2nd room , open design full kitchen with an eat at counter with 2 bar stools overlooking a big "L" shaped sofa/hid a bed , coffee table , another flat screen TV with a stand alone DVD player. Windows to the outside and even a exterior door that leads out to a small 2nd floor balcony. Bathroom is a nice size with a big modern walk in shower with lots of room. I need to say more about the kitchen.it has a nice size modern sink maybe even a double ? A full size dish washer, refrigerator and stove. I'm pre6sure there is a microwave over the stove. Cabinets and drawers containing everything needed for fixing meals. Pots and pans , cooking utensils , plates , glasses and cups . Elsewhere I saw a iron for cloths and a hair blower. Down stairs in the common areas I saw a coffee bar , a pool table , an ice machine, a coin operated laundry room. A big table with magazines to look at . A nice size display with lots of free brochures for attractions in the area and Kentucky. Also you are in walking distance to quite a few fast food franchises. I'm sure I'm leaving out some things but this should give you a pretty good idea. The only thing missing was some kind of free breakfast area to mingle , grab a simple breakfast along with maybe some orange juice and definitely some coffee...to get your day started. Still I highly recommend giving it a...
