Do NOT visit this location if you want good coffee and good vibes!!!!!! These people are always nasty and so incredibly rude. The very blonde girl is always snappy. I understand the job can be very stressful, I have a similar job and so I always tip and make small talk. From the second you pull up to the speaker, these girls will be rude to you!

There is one fella who works there who is very sweet, and he always makes the coffee good. However, if you are unlucky enough to get one of the mean girls, your drink will probably be mediocre.

!!!!! Your drinks will be wrong and your food will be cold at this location. I have been going here for months, and I have a hiccup almost every single time !!!!!!!!

You are not greeted when you walk in, the staff did not seem like they wanted to take an order. I mobile ordered and waited at the order pick up. They never addressed us as we waited. We watched the mobile pick up area (which was located by the drive through so we couldn’t just grab our order once it was ready and it was not obvious that it was ready) they originally stuck it in the drive through drink area, about 3 minutes later the drive through person put it on the mobile drinks rack. The workers proceeded to take the order of other guests then make their order with out questioning why we were still waiting. Finally, I asked for our order and the barista said nothing, turned around, got my drink, then gave it to me with out saying anything. I guess we shouldn’t expect good service at...

This store, when they are actually open is efficient in getting the orders out and pretty friendly. The hours are constantly changing and then when they post new hours they never abide by them, which is extremely inconvenient for those of us who are going to work and try to make a plan for a routine place to stop every day I’d say this is definitely going to hurt your business as I have had to find a more consistent place to stop daily due to the fact that the hours are ever-changing. This morning, the hours are posted on the drive-thru but no one responds or answers like they are not open the doors are locked this has happened on several occasions there’s not even so much as a sign posted saying sorry for the inconvenience were closed...
