My wife and I have been in Bowling Green for over a year now, and we were so excited to hear which which was going to be located near our home. We used to eat at the Nashville Tennessee store before moving here but this store is going to destroy the companys promise of clean premium experiences. Ever sense this location opened we have been eating there at least 1-2 times a week. Unfortunately, these 3 employees are ruining our experience with their blatent disregard for cleanliness and over all bad attitudes. These 2 employees plus another woman(who had a head set for the drive through) not pictured above can be seen smoking out front, which occurs often enough to see them constantly smoking upon arrival. I've had my two toddles with me most occasions and they do not move away from the door or put their cigarettes out while my family is entering the store. There is no reason my children should have to walk through a cloud of smoke when entering any establishment! These three employees also do not wash their hands after smoking and will make our food with their dirty nicotine hands, it's disgusting!! This isn't the worst part, these 3 employees will be completely rude and condisending if you enter an hour before closing. I came in an hour and a half before closing and they would not make my children a milkshake, saying their ice cream machine was already cleaned and broke down. I've worked in the food service industry and you don't break down equipment until after closing, because that is money lost for the company. On another instance these 3 women were intimidating my wife by talking amongst each other about how rude it is to come in at 9pm and made her feel uncomfortable by telling her to hurry up and order. Now there are two amazing employees that might keep us coming back. One is an amazing young woman (she drives far to get to work & has children of her own) who always gives us a wonderful experience and a middle aged man who usually works alone some nights who is our absolute favorite. I will find somewhere else to eat bofore me and my kids have to step over 3 employees smoking in front of the only enterance to the store and their lucky I don't call the Kentucky food...
Read more"Which Wich" is not just another sandwich shop; it's an emerging culinary experience that has rapidly carved out a unique identity. What sets it apart is its innovative ordering system. Upon entering, you're greeted by a meticulously designed stainless steel table, complete with numbered bag slots, each representing a sandwich category. This ingenious setup empowers customers to tailor their orders precisely to their liking, eliminating the need for cumbersome apps while streamlining the process for the "Sandwich Artists." While the in-store experience is engaging, the app offers a seamless alternative, complete with enticing rewards. The true essence of "Which Wich" lies in its commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients, including options rarely found in mainstream sandwich chains. The vibrant atmosphere, characterized by bright yellow accents and cheerful smiley-face motifs, contributes to an uplifting dining environment. However, this particular location fell short of the typical energetic ambiance, primarily due to a perceived lack of enthusiasm among the staff. Despite this, the exceptional quality of the sandwiches, coupled with unique offerings like hummus as a spread, makes "Which Wich" a standout destination. The availability of hummus, a healthy and versatile option, is a game-changer for health-conscious consumers seeking alternatives in their sandwiches. Despite some shortcomings, "Which Wich" remains a must-visit, especially considering its limited presence in the state and select regions. While the adjacent gas station may detract from the overall appeal, the sandwich shop itself is a worthwhile stop. To make the most of your visit, take the time to explore the extensive menu options, either through the app or in person. With the right choices, "Which Wich" promises a delightful culinary journey that transcends the ordinary...
Read moreI went to this Which Wich location while traveling to Ohio. This store is located within a convenient store. Although there is a Which Wich where I live this was my first visit. Unfortunately I wasn't empressed. You can come in through the convenient store or there is a front door. It was very clean inside and has plenty of seating. It's rather confusing where to start ordering when you've never been to one of these stores. I had to ask the employee for help 😞 so it would be nice if there were some instructions to guide you. There's a large menu listing the names of their sandwiches behind the counter. At the counter you choose the brown sandwich bag with the name/number of the sandwich you want. You write your name on bag and then mark the items you want on your sandwich. You then hand the cashier your bag. It didn't take them very long to make my order. The counter is so high you can't see them actually making them, or at least this 5'1" person couldn't. As i mentioned in the beginning i wasn't empressed with the sandwich. I hardly had any meat on my sandwich, the "Italian Sub". Although I wasn't pleased with my sandwich I am going to try the Which Wich at home before I make my recommendation. A tip look online for coupons! You can print them out or use them when making an...
