Wow wow WOW!!!! My husband and I stayed at the Grotto for an early Valentines staycation. We are locals here and have been eyeballing this gorgeous resort in passing since its opening. We were both blown away from the moment we set foot into our own little romantic private cave. (Cavern #2) The owners of the resort thought of everything! The most comfortable memory foam mattress, the deep sunken tub, the fireplace was so cool and even changed colors if desired. There were even super soft blankets to sit by the fire. The fridge was stocked w bottled water, wine, and even snacks. There was even a book with instructions on how to use all the electronics and gadgets (which was very helpful), and a bunch of great suggestions for things to do in the area for tourists who aren’t familiar with the area. But our favorite part was the hot tub out on the patio……totally in closed except for the breathtaking view of table rock lake……. It kept the freezing cold winter air from blowing in on us as we soaked away for hours as we watched the snow fall and listened to our favorite tunes on the Bluetooth speaker that was also provided. They litterally thought of everything. The Grotto is a one of a kind and a very special place. My husband and I can’t wait to return, and will be referring it to everyone we know who wants a very romantic and peaceful getaway. Thanku for a fabulous stay! Rick and Tracy Koenig...

Just because you failed on your part and even admitted to the failures I posted you cannot them say that you believe this to be a fake review and malicious. Own up to your mistakes and maybe you will learn from them...
We stayed in the cavern suite and had a mixed experience. First the pros:

Read moreMy wife and I visited for our honeymoon. This is a very nice place. The rooms are set up like nothing I've seen before. It's very large and has nice finishes. The hot tub is very relaxing and it lights up which is pretty cool. Nice service and accommodating any needs you have. It's a contactless check in and check out. You are given a code for access. There is someone at the front desk during the day if you need anything. We stayed in Deckhouse 3. The front door and bathroom door could use some oil on the hinges because it is noisy and if you are going to the bathroom in the middle of the night you might wake up your partner. The shower was nice although I wish it had better pressure. There is a ceiling fan in the main area so that is nice. You have your own "driveway" parking area and it's private. Lights stay on outside by your car for added security. The views from your room overlook the lake down below. There are no kids allowed here and I appreciate how quiet it is here. It's located at the top of the hill of Branson and about 5-10 minutes from literally everything you may want and need. If I'm ever back in Branson I will definitely be staying here again. Don't pass this one up. If you are thinking about staying here just do it, you...
