Heater in our unit wouldn't shut off even when we turned it off. Had to call about that issue twice before they finally came to look at it. After they left it still wasn't fixed. Room was also smaller than expected. Kids had a lot of fun playing mini golf and they loved...

Always issues with the room quickly fixed but we pay high maintenance fees for run down rooms. We are not in them a ton we go go go but always issues. Need to bring back breakfast dinner, cookies and room clean...
