Point Place, Breezy Point — Hotel in Breezy Point

Great Location!! Breezy Point is right in the middle of some great chains of lakes. If you are interested in getting on the water, this is a great place. The indoor pool is nice, the hot tub is hot. There is a Cafe with ice cream and coffee, etc. There is a little playground, two beaches, outdoor seating, a bar with live music most nights. You can rent boats, though we didn't as we are a part of Your Boat Club. We went to multiple lakes with that club.

The rooms have lots of room, lots of closets and dressers, plenty of towels, etc. The kitchens are well stocked for cooking for a family of 4.

You can tell it is old, but if you are not looking for pristine, it fits a lake house feel. The view on the lake was great. We were in 504, 2nd floor, no elevator for this side, though there was an elevator on the pool side.

They have kayaks and paddle boards to rent, too. We ended up using jet skis out of another resort, Grand View Lodge Spa and Golf Resort,...

The location is excellent for the area; right on the lake with great lake views from every room. The rooms, however, are not any better than you'd expect at an hourly rate motel.

I understand some have been updated, but ours was sumer dingy and run down. From wall paper peeling off, broken lights and flickering bulbs to the dingyist dated bathroom you've ever been in. The room smelled like a cigarette and musty. When we went to take a shower in the morning, the water was black! Absolutely disgusting. When I called, they told us it's normal and because of the Breezy Point Watertown and perfectly safe.

For $270/night, I'd expect much better accommodations and comforts. This place is a...

Stayed with family for a few days. Room was right by the lake with a little playground right around the corner. The pool was nice they had a baby pool which was great. but looked like it could use a good scrub. The bathroom shower drain in the room was clogged when we got there. There was little to nothing for extra blankets if you are staying with extra people on the pull out bed, bring extra blankets unless you're a hot sleeper.
