Pelican Bay — Hotel in Breezy Point

Extremely disappointed. Did exchange through Interval International. The cabin we stayed in, number 35, really needed an update. Tile floors had cracks and fractures, bathroom cupboards varnish had worn off. Breakfast counter had chips out of the top of it. Bathroom ledges had thick dust on them, inside windows had cobwebs, there was a smell to this cabin that I couldn’t get out of my clothes. Worst of all are the mattresses. One was rock hard, one was super old and had a dip in the middle and the Murphy bed mattress looked to be at least 15 years old and very stained. When I contacted customer service regarding the beds I was told there was nothing they could do to help. We ended our vacation two days early.
