Very disappointing. Musty room. A sizable insect (a beetle) fell out of our towel when we unfolded it (see picture). Disgusting trashcan (see picture). Charger wouldn’t stay in bedside electrical socket. Etc. We paid ~$250 (incl. fees, taxes) for an approx. 10.5 hour stay. When we asked for late checkout (we’re Gold loyalty with Hilton, 40+ annual nights required), we were told that, as policy, the hotel doesn’t do ANY late checkout past noon, period (and let’s be honest, noon isn’t really “late” checkout in terms of the industry standard, which, for the vast majority of Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc. branded hotels, like this one, is noon). In my opinion, a blanket prohibition against any checkout past noon is violative of the spirit of Hilton’s loyalty program—especially for higher loyalty tiers—which promises “late checkout when available”. In effect, this hotel operates with (invisible) fine print of “never actually available after noon.” Besides seeming wrong in fundamental spirit, this practice is also very off-market versus competitors: major brands like Marriott and Hyatt, comprising thousands of competing hotels, guarantee 2pm (for lower loyalty tiers) and 4pm late checkout (for higher tiers) across almost the entirety of their hotel collections—and the limited exception locations are clearly defined in their terms and conditions. And if for some reason they must break the promise (not offer you 2pm or 4pm late checkout, as applicable), they make it up to you with a meaningful cash or point payment (see, for example, Marriott’s loyalty program terms and conditions). 1 star for many reasons, as detailed above, including: musty, bugs, aspects of uncleanliness, overpriced, and no earnest / good faith effort whatsoever to implement a core aspect of the hotel loyalty program.

When you walked through the front door you can smell the mold and mildew musty smell, and could see that the whole place was run down and dilapidated. We should have went on, but it was close to midnight so we risked it. Boy was that a regret. We started out in room 204. There was mold and mildew growing on the ceiling, it was humid and musty smelling, the carpets were damp and stained, the cabinets were busted up and falling apart, paint chipped off and peeling all around the door and door frame. I asked to be moved to another room and we were moved to room 216. While moving our luggage from one room to another I noticed that the whole hotel was run down and dilapidated, with mold and mildew growing around the central air vents in the main lobby as well. Room 216 was just as bad as 204 possibly worse. I noticed the desk clerk he apologized and was very kind. We decided to go ahead and stay in 216 because obviously the whole hotel was in the same condition and no need to move from room to room all over the hotel. I paid 175.00, (the most I have ever paid in my life for an overnight stay) just to stay in an old run down shack. The experience was not acceptable. I usually stay with Hilton because I am a Hilton Honors Member. Due to this terrible experience I went across the road to Holiday Inn for the next night. It is $15.00 cheaper per night, everything is very tidy, modern, pristine, and an absolutely lovey experience. It’s like going from a Pinto(Hampton Inn) to a Royals Royce(Holiday Inn). It will be a very long time before I ever consider using Hilton for my hotel accommodations again. On the upside, the staff was very kind and seemed to note our concerns about the room, and the breakfast was ok.

Where do I begin...!! This is by far the nastiest hotel I have EVER stayed at. I switched rooms 4 times and the only reason I stayed in the 4th room is that I was too tired to switch again. My family and I were coming off a 12 hour drive, arriving at the hotel around 1230 am - 0100. The first room (211) had mold around the tub and the furniture was very worn. Second room (311) had a huge stain on the carpet at the door entrance, large stains on the lamp shades, mold around the tub and the furniture was worn. Third room (317), the curtain was hanging off the hooks, mold around the tub and large stains in the carpet. Fourth floor room (214), I thought was the better one, however it was a nightmare. The tub had a dirt ring around the inside, mold around the top, hair of the last guess (I'm guessing) on the floor, door coming off the hinge and worn furniture. I'm not sure how this hotel is receiving a 4 plus star review. I paid over 170 to stay at this hotel, which was definitely OVER priced!!! Please please do not be deceived by the reviews. This place is not worth they stay if you truly care where you lay your head. Please see a few pictures that took of room 214. I wish I would have taken pictures of the other rooms to share.

Was in town for a wedding and stayed here 2 nights with my mother. Chose this hotel because they had a lot of good reviews and the pictures looked pretty decent. Let me say, they must have done some great editing because our room looked nothing like the bright, clean rooms in their photos. The first night, we were checked into room 107, which is right next to a side exit door. The room was dim, poor lighting, and smelled like stale beer. The carpet and only chair were stained, and it felt damp in the room despite the the AC running full blast. The carpet was so dirty that the bottom of our socks were black from walking on it. The bathroom door is a sliding door that has a gap and doesn’t fully close, so you can hear/smell everything going on in the bathroom. The pillows are feather pillows and felt like I was still sleeping directly on the mattress when I had like 3 stacked up. The room door didn’t align with the frame so we had to slam the door shut in order to get it to close and to open, we had to yank it with full force. Tons of gnats/fruit flies in the room that we were swatting away while trying to eat our dinner. And since we were right by the side exit, we were woken up several times by the door slamming shut. It was a miserable night after spending 7 hours driving. We requested a new room the next day for the 2nd night and it was slightly better (no gnats and the door worked properly) but still felt damp and the carpet was dirty in that room too. The hotel overall seems outdated and dingy. The staff were super kind and helpful, and the breakfast was good. But definitely not worth $120/night. Would not...
