Ellianos Coffee Co — Restaurant in Bremen

I'm usually really Pleased with this Ellianos. This morning However was a different story. Different people I guess. I asked for a Breakfast Bowl with Ham, Bacon, Sausage and Egg and Cheese. Not once did I mention Grits. I'm not a Grits Fan. They Told me that Yes they could make that for me. I get my food and go down the road and it was Grits, NO EGGS, AND NO SAUSAGE! I WAS VERY CLEAR ON WHAT I WANTED. MY wife and I frequent this place often. I also get a large Tuscany. I even gave a decent size tip as I generally do. Don't hire people that can not pay attention to what is asked for. It can cost you a good customer. Been a Customer since the place opened. Ellianos at least once a week. UPDATE: 08/15/24 - START TAKING THE LID OFF OF YOUR COFFEE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I ORDERED A LARGE AND I NOTICED IT WAS LITE, SO I OPENED IT AFTER I GOT HOME AND IT WAS 2/3rds full. This place by far has become my favorite place for coffee in Bremen! First, the coffee is amazing. Second, their variety of sugar free options for syrups is vast. Third, the staff is absolutely incredible. Their customer service and friendliness are top notch. They go above and beyond every time. In fact a few weeks ago I was in line two cars back and they were busier than normal. I order the same thing every time, and it's a bit of a complex order too. By the time I got up there, they already had my drink ready. All I had to do was pay. That's customer service right there! Specifically, Emma, Marley, Sarah, Molly, Preston, and the manager Jonathan are some of the best people ever. They make each visit such a pleasant experience!

First and foremost, the staff were so sweet and helpful. Also, this was my first and only time trying Ellianos. The girls offered me a hand held menu so that I could easily read what they had to offer. They also gave suggestions on what I may like. The service gets five stars. However, the coffee tasted very bitter. I got the equivalent of a Starbucks blonde iced vanilla latte and it was not enjoyable. I also did not like the cup lids which may seem like a ridiculous complaint, but I prefer not to use a straw and it didn’t seem like I could comfortably drink without one. I may go back to try one of their freezers, but for my coffee I’ll be sticking...
