Hotel room had bugs in the room coming in late Sunday night was exhausted. Made a complaint with the front desk and asked for a refund or change in accomodations, night auditor said they didn't have any more rooms and he was not authorized to give a refund and I would have to call a manager on Monday. Night auditor came into the room to spray the corners with bug spray. Called management today to voice my complaints and see if we could come to an understanding. I stayed the evening so I wasn't asking for a full refund but a reduction in the amount paid for that evening. Management asked why I didn't make the issue known and I did. And then asked why I didn't leave the hotel then. Manager basically blamed me for staying the night and did nothing to resolve the issue. I wasn't asking for full refund, but a reduction in the stay for a price that shouldn't have been charged for a room with bugs in it! Management refused and said it was my problem for staying and would not assist any further. Don't stay here.

Gonna give these folks five stars because they, above any other place I've stayed, need it. Hear me out here. We knew what we were signing up for when we paid $60 for a room. By no means we're we expecting the (insert the name of whatever hotel chain you think is swanky or bourgeois here) but man between the harsh lighting of the rooms and the general aura of the place, I felt like I had stepped into a David Lynch movie. The young woman at the front desk was nice enough at check-in, but I wasn't prepared for the crotchety feller who seemed to be a... manager?...owner? I'll recommend these guys if you want a genuinely Dallas experience. Feel free to interpret that any which way you desire. P.s. Don't try ordering a pizza while there's construction underway in front of the hotel. Driver was circling for 30 mins trying to find the entrance ha.

This Hotel is old and smelly. If your looking for a nice place, then this ain't it. The rooms and hallways have a distinctive smell that I cannot explain. All of the amenities are in poor shape. Refrigerator was rusted and missing shelves. Air vent in bathroom had paper towels hanging from it. Kleenex box in bathroom was also rusted. Air conditioner was old and damaged. Bedroom decor doesn't match, and bedding and sheets have holes in them. The location is also in the middle of construction so it has a lot of traffic congestion. Stayed for a weekend and they never came to clean the room or change out towels.

My wife and I came to stay, had 2 nights reserved. Upon check in the room we got had a lightbulb missing and the ice bucket was disgusting the phone in the room was broken. We went to the front and asked for a lightbulb and bag for the ice bucket and advised the front desk man about the broken phone so he changed us rooms and even upgraded to the Jacuzzi suite, we were grateful and delighted... Then the nightmare began... We went into the room (we wanted a smoking room) no ash tray, so called front desk to ask for one and he said they don't provide them... The iron and ironing board wasn't in the room so I went to the front desk and asked for one because we were going out and needed to iron. He was very rude to me but got the stuff for me. We started up the jacuzzi tub... Glad we were just testing it because some leafs, or lettuce or whatever it was poured into the tub it was disgusting. We let it go since there was a shower and bathtub in the bathroom and went out. We got back (my wife managed to break her ankle while out) at around 7-8 am. She went to lay down. I look next to the jacuzzi tub and there is a huge ball of hair stuck on the wall disgusting! I opened the refrigerator and grabbed my leftover redbull and what do I see ROACHES crawling!!! I had to run to walgreens to get some medication and stuff for my Wife and she needed toilet paper. When she called the front desk he said she can come get it, she explained to him she had broken her foot and asked if he would bring it to the door at least and he said no. Worst customer service I've EVER encountered!!! We had to get some rest and I couldn't drive any longer so hesitantly we stayed and asked for a late check out which they did give us an hour extra so until 12pm. We get a knock on the door at 10 am asking if we are leaving yet and we explained they gave us the late check-out. We had our bags packed up and were about to head out the door and at 12:02 pm we get another call stating "it's after noon are you leaving yet". Of course we were about to walk out the door. Assisting my wife (no crutches yet so was using the desk chair to roll her body to the car) and the housekeeper ran after us as if we were going to steal the chair... This is the worst, most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in and unfortunately the staff are even more of a shock than the cockroaches. I have many pictures and a Facebook LIVE video of this disgusting hotel. NOT WORTH IT DON'T STAY HERE!!!! I will be notifying choice about this experience. So...

Stayed here for the first time, but the experience was not good!||||First of all, this hotel is right next to a major freeway. Noise was minimal but if you are extremely sensitive and need peace then this hotel is not for you.||||Secondly, this is a decent size hotel yet it only has one luggage cart! So, if someone has it before you then you are on their mercy for who knows how long.||||As soon as I entered the lobby, I was welcomed by this unpleasant smell. It seems like it was from their dirty and unwashed lobby's carpet. I disregard it thinking it will probably not the case inside the room. I was checked in by a heavy blonde old lady without any name tag. How the customer will know who helped them? She never mentioned anything about check-out time or the WiFi password until I asked. Their breakfast area is also very small compare to the size of the hotel.||||I entered the room and it has the same smell which was in the lobby. Again, probably coming from the dirty and unwashed carpet. Tried to connect the internet and it showed 3 SSIDs'. How come I was never told which one to use? ||||Turned out only 1 SSID works at a time but you have to try all 3 to find that out! What a pain! Also, internet was extremely sloppy and would disconnect from time to time. You also need to go through the entire initial step each time you connect. Extremely annoying and inefficient. Multiple times where I just gave up and used my phone data.||||Now to the worst part of my stay. We came back to the hotel one night and saw bathroom floor to be dirty and none of the toiletries were replenished! In addition, one of the pillows was on the floor! My wife went to the front desk and had to carry back all the essential stuff. She was also told that it will not happen again. This turned out to be a lie as right the next day same thing happened! This time I personally went to the front desk and complaint about it again, and again was told the same it will not happen again story. It was the last night as we left the next day....||||I will definitely find somewhere else to stay...
