This is, quite possibly, the most gorgeous Extended Stay Hotel property I have had the pleasure to stay in. Let's get the negative out of the way: the staff. Every hotel is different, as is their staff. While the staff is far from rude, the could be a touch friendlier. Knowing they could have hundreds of residents, their job cannot be easy. That said, a smile can only benefit their ratings. On to the positives: this place is immaculate. My room has hardwood floors throughout, with upscale tile in the bathroom. The TV must be 42 inches and is bright with great coloring. The bed & pillows are simply too comfortable and I want to take them with me! The shower head is high pressure and gets HOT. šŸ”„ My kitchenette has induction burners and a full sized refrigerator. The sink is positively MASSIVE: it's 2 sinks combined into one with an adjustable spray/ stream faucet. I adore the huge bathroom mirror and double-sized sink countertop. But let's talk about the soaker tub. My goodness, I will probably soak in it for days. If you see a wrinkled looking black guy, that's me. Overall, what a surprise. This gem came in so low on price I almost felt guilty. Almost. I recommend getting the weekly rate simply to try it out. It's well worth it. I also recommend not staying for just one day, as it is not cost effective. Bottom line: this place is unbeatable. The location is great for a commute and it's near everything you need (Park Meadows is just down I-25S two exits; one exit if you want the outer strip malls). I plan to stay at least one month so this post will update, if necessary. You will not regret staying here as I have already fallen in love with this beautiful hotel!

Basic, and I mean BASIC. You know you are someplace different when you check in. Place looks nice on the outside, but when you walk in the receptionist is behind a bunch of glass panels - looks like bulletproof glass, but it is not. There is a roll-down steel shutter to close off the office area. My reservation was for 4 nights and I had to pay IN FULL AT CHECK-IN. Gives you a bad vibe right there. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet - you couldn't hear people next door or above you. Free low-rate Wi-fi, up to two devices. Streaming was $8/week. Bed was comfortable and sheets decent. The pillows were thin, Dollar Store type. I wound up going to Target and buying one. Had a full fridge, microwave, and a two burner electric cooktop. However comma the cabinets were empty. No pots and pans, plates, or glasses. No consumables: No paper towels, sponge, or soap. NO COFFEE MAKER. That alone will keep me from ever coming back. The bath was clean and well lit. Towels were the thin scratchy gym-type. Again, no consumables: no shampoo or conditioner. NO TOILET PAPER. I repeat NO TOILET PAPER. Downstairs is really basic too. No bar/restaurant. No pool. There is a gym with two treadmills, and exercise bike, and a multi-purpose weight machine. Two vending machines. Coin laundry. No coffee in the morning. (There is a nice Starbucks a quarter mile away.) No place to buy sundries like shampoo or TOILET PAPER. So, this place is a mixed bag. If you prepare ahead and bring the things you'll need, like glassware, a decent pillow, and TOILET PAPER, you can get by there. image001.png

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a while now while in between living situations. The staff is nice/friendly for the most part. I've had the most face-to-face direct contact with Billi, Lei, and CJ. Billi first greeted us day 1 upon check-in, and accomodated me with my preference for a room which I really appreciated. She was quick and professional. Lei is the GM and super friendly and caring. I met CJ for the first time today. He is the District manager I believe. He greeted me upon arrival at the front desk to pick up my packages. He offered to carry them up for me since I had a few. I told him it's ok I got it, but he insisted. He was super accommodating and I appreciate his going above and beyond. I've read good things about Abdul on here, and I think he is the one who reached out to me last night to let me know our door-dasher was here. He sent them up to our room, and I greatly appreciate his efficiency.

I've given the rooms 3 stars, because while they are clean, which is obviously what's most important- I just wish they offered suites at this location since we will be here for a while. We've had a suite at another ESA, and I wish they were consistent with offering that due to the challenges with space. Oh well. The location appears to be relatively safe, we haven't had any problems which is wonderful šŸ™šŸ¼ The staff has always been great at accepting our packages and handling them with care. This is huge for us since we get frequent deliveries from Amazon and for our pets.

I try to only say positive things but since they say they value all feedback lol, I will mention that laundry costs here are WAY too high! It's $4.25 to wash one load and another $4.25 to dry😐 I live here, but I'm going to be taking it to a Laundromat where it's cheaper since there's two of us. The elevator not working for weeks on end was slightly frustrating. It is fixed now but they've had trouble maintaining it staying that way. I hope it's good to go now. I don't mind taking the stairs, but there's some people who can't easily or at all. It would be very difficult for those who are moving in with a good amount of stuff and would have to carry it up the stairs if they didn't want to be on the 1st floor. I personally hate the first floor because that seems to be where the most people smoke in their rooms and it stinks.

I do wish they offered a Continental breakfast here, that would be a very nice and welcome addition.

There is always plenty of parking which is great. I don't see cameras on the building, so I'm not sure if there are any?

A pool/hot-tub would be fabulous, but now I'm just making my wish-listšŸ˜„

Overall, this has been a decent hotel to stay in, and we appreciate the staff doing all they've done for...

ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE 0. I arrived at the hotel at 4pm, check in time is 3. It took them 20 minutes to figure out why they couldn't check me into my reservation. The room was dirty.. After more than 30 minutes waiting the room keys did not work. The managers happened to be on my floor. I was told by the manager (in training) oh we'll get you into your room and you'll have a better attitude. To tell a customer they will have a better attitude when nothing I did was the problem, I made a reservation I showed up.long after check in, I waited while every other person that walked through the door had a problem. Checked into the wrong room. Checked into occupied room, keys not working. At some point maybe you should take responsibility for the terrible service you provide. So after the manager told me I had an attitude she told me I'd have to go down to get new keys. (Tip: when you mess up so much you should do the manager thing and correct things on your own, ie bringing up working keys) so I walk to the elevator and immediately hear the two managers and housekeeper talking about me as they walk down the hall, they turn the corner and see me standing there. And they immediately shut up and smile. I get in the elevator and the moment the door shuts I can hear them laughing. And laughing even more as the elevator goes down. I get down there to get new keys from the front desk lady and they come down and tell me I took it the wrong way. Excuse me but a manager telling a customer they have an attitude is exactly what it sounds like. I do not have an attitude your hotel has the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I highly recommend you give your money to a different hotel, one that treats their customers with respect and take responsibility for their errors. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. On top of that you can hear every step from the room above you and next to you, and as people walk down the hallway. This is the cheapest put together hotel I've been to. You'd think it would he decent being new and the amount they charge you. Nope. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Trust me there are many better options in Denver for the price you pay here. Don't hire people who cannot talk to customers appropriately to be your manager. I will absolutely NEVER be back and will make sure no one I know stays here.

Edit: To be fair the GM did contact me regarding this and did actualy display great customer service, and I thank...

Our experience with this hotel started off great. Our flight came in early morning so we called in advance and the woman at the front desk was very happy to assist us with notating our reservation and giving instructions on how to check in (as the front desk is closed after 11pm).

When checking in late (early in the morning), there is a phone that will dial the night shift employee. When we got there we called and it just rang, no one answered. After about a minute, we called again - 30 seconds in the employee answered and said he'd be down in a minute. Close to 10 minutes later, he showed up to check us in.

This is where our experience wasn't so great. The hotel smelled like marijuana and cigarettes once you walked past the lobby. We were only given 2 very thin, flat pillows, the floor was dirty, there was no hand soap, no other toiletries (ie body wash, shampoo, etc), the toilet was dirty. We were given a room with a handicap accessible shower, which is lovely that they provide this feature for those who need it. However, the shower curtain stopped about 10in. above the floor so every shower left a huge puddle in the bathroom.

When we asked the front desk the next morning if we could get a few things, we were given one extra pillow just as flat (pillows are limited at this hotel apparently, so bring your own), a small shampoo, two extra towels, and were advised they'd gather the rest and get it to us. That never happened. To be fair, we didn't need to ask again as this was a short stay (2 days). We ended up using the shampoo for hand soap.

There is no Do Not Disturb sign as they only come in to clean every 2 weeks, is what we were told.

To check out after front desk hrs, you leave your key in the hotel or in the drop box in the lobby. When confirming if there were any charges left for our stay, the woman at the front desk advised there were no additional charges and a credit instead. Waiting on the credit to hit my account, which I'm sure will take the normal 5-7 business days.

To sum up, the staff for the most part was very pleasant to talk to and work with. The two day ladies were very friendly. Unfortunately, it appears they are limited as to what they can do and provide. The hotel itself is in a nice area and looks great on camera, but was unable to provide the basics (material and otherwise) we have come to expect from any...
