RV Park AGAVE — Hotel in Channelview

WOW! Just called this park to get more info, was greeted with a "Hello" I asked if this was the RV Park Agave, she responded with very broken english answer of yes. I said ok so this is a business and not a residential home, she yelled at me and said "we are an rv park", with her unclearable broken english, so I said, "I'm Sorry, could you repeat that?" she repeated it just as fast and louder, and I said, "your customer service skills suck, thank you but nevermind" and I hung up, She called me right back and sat there on the phone as I said hello 3 times. What kind of place is this??? May 24, 2019 Owner just wrote a revised comment as of 5/24/2019. First of all, i didn't give you the satisfaction a year ago to respond to your rebuttal. i gave you a 1* because you deserved it. END OF STORY. Now with all the newer reviews after me the same customer service applies..a year later. 1. I was a potential customer looking for a place to stay for 6 months. NOT LOOKING to work for your pathetic RV park. We ended finding a MUCH better place where the owner took pride in their park and their customers. 2. No, no one paid me to give you a 1* review. I assure you, I am a real person who made a REAL phone call to your so called establishment and was treated poorly. 3. YES, I HAVE EVERY right to review your park even if I didn't stay there because I spoke to your employee who clearly needs to take a customer service class or maybe it was you I don't know. I was treated poorly then harassed by the following prank call. That's the real story. 7/30/19 Owner manager changed review once again. Removed everything stated in my rebuttals above. To the manager or owner, you seriously need to get your head checked and stopped changing your review with lies. This person is shady as shady gets. Beware future RVers. Everything I stated above is as true as the sky is blue. I have no reason to give a bad review if what above did not happen. If you want to stay at a good rv park, Eastlake resort is your best bet! I DID NOT STAY HERE OR HAVE I LIVED HERE!! I WAS ATTRACTED TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION AS WELL AS THE PRICE FOR MONTHLY I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! I JUST CALLED TO ASK FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLACE AND I WAS ASKING TO COME AND VIEW IT I WAS TOLD IT WAS ABLE TO VIEW THEN THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE CUT ME OFF AS I WAS TALKING SHE STATED KIDS AND DOGS AREN'T ALLOWED I ASKED IF THEY HAD THAT ON THERE POLICY ONLINE TO VIEW SHE SAID THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED AND I ASKED ONCE AGAIN IF IT WAS ON THERE POLICY AS I HAVE A SERVICE DOG AND THAT IS DISCRIMINATION ALL SHE RESPONDED WAS DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH OR WHAT ?? IMAGINE IF THIS IS OVER THE PHONE IMAGINE IN PERSON!! I HAVE DODGED A BULLET

EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT STAYED HERE I CAN FULLY REVIEW DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST OVER THE PHONE!!

STAY AWAY! ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS KINDLY REFER ME TO THERE POLICY AND PROCEDURES ON LINE NOT JUST BECAUSE I AM HISPANIC AND SHE HEARD ME SPEAK SPANISH TO MY HUSBAND SHOULD SHE HAVE TOLD ME IF I DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH BECAUSE I WAS SPEAKING EVEN MORE FLUENTLY THEN HER ! CUSTOMER SERVICE SELLS THE PLACE NOW I BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS LUCKY I DON'T REPORT THEM TO THE CITY FOR MY SERVICE DOG

We pull in late evening for one night. Manager meet us and help us with trailer parking. We had 2 short sewer hoses and one became unusable. Ask manager about closest store to get new sewer hose. She offered to park trailer the way we could reach sewer line with one sewer hose and trailer wheels off parking pad on the grass just save our time not to go to the store, because we had to leave next morning early. That was great and we were really happy after all day driving. Manager was very professional and offered best decision to solve problem. Definitely recommend park to...
