Is not the first time buying from here, very warmth and delicious food from here, but today I had to experience the worst service ever. They got me waiting for more than 20 min for an order of two pizzas while I was seeing other people behind me getting their orders, then this Hispanic lady with blond hair came out cleaning the ovens (which I donāt have any problem with that since I had that kind of job before) telling me that I was being loud and disrespectful to their coworkers when I wasnāt, the only thing I was doing was asking for how long was my order going to take since I was eating for more than 20-30 min after I placed the order online and it wasnāt ready, she was disrespectful and telling me to get shut up and sheāll get my money back because apparently to her I was disrespectful when I never was and there were costumers who witnessed it, she was just cleaning the ovens and telling me to get my money back because she didnāt wanted to deal with my claim, claim I was putting in after 29 of waiting for my order, after seeing everybody leaving with their orders besides me. Very disappointed. I love their pizza because they make it as they way I want it and I expect it to be, but some of their employees are so disrespectful and they donāt care about the customer service which is the one who glacĆ© them the profit they need to get what they are paid for. Very disappointed, I really wanted it to be gentle and respectful, but I guess because of that lady was not. Very disappointed for real. I hope they do something about the employees and team work from that store because is not the service that everybody wants to...

As Iām about to pull off the guy says pull up to the front then I made sure to ask āoh I can get my pizzas there at the frontā and the employee with the glasses in the picture says āyesā. The time has passed and instead of waiting in line like I was going to do I listen to the person who workers there. Next thing I know the No neck manager is telling me āorder on the side order on the sideā then instead of trying to speak with me ignores me and his shortest employee with the hat walks around and tryās to block me out the managers vision. The line is about 15 cars long, which I wouldnāt have minded waiting in if he trained his employees better to give correct instructions. Next thing you know, even though there was a long line, all the employees were In the lobby causing the wait to be longer while the no neck manager was standing at a register twiddling his thumbs and the employees laughing around. They could literally pass the pizzas through the door and save people and themselves time but the lobby is āclosedā yet they are all there. Terrible service.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOnly gave one star because I have to...I sent my roommate to get us some food, and they upgraded some of our order (and charged for it) without it being authorized. When I tried calling, I got voicemail every time. I finally left a voicemail, but don't expect a call back. I will be going up there tomorrow to explain and get a refund for what I was over-charged. I hope I don't have to file a report for legal action. Boycott this location!
03/17/18 Roommate went to order food, again, and was charged for something than what was ordered. When I questioned it, over the phone, they told me the pizza was one price and charged another (and it was more than the regular price)! When I went up there, they started speaking another language (manager doesn't know/understand english) and telling me I was lying, started yelling at me, and told me to lower my voice when I yelled back. Then their so called "attorney in training" (lol, no such thing) said she did do what I said she did. Now who's the liar? The staff here is disrespectful, doesn't know proper customer service, and they are thieves! This location needs to...
