Honest review I think the high reviews is just the big hype from Tik Tok. I got there around 7 pm google says they close at 10 yet sign said 8 pm closing UPDATE YOUR HOURS. I drove an hour to waste my time NOT a welcoming atmosphere. They had no tongs and bread pan to grab bread. I asked the cashier lady, she was was so rude and unfriendly rolled her eyes and asked a customer in line to hand me over the tongs ghetto to get bread and just wait on the pan. I asked the other lady if they were still going to make pumpkin bread she ignore me!!! I asked again she rudely said no. Ladies not my problem y'all stressed out kuz you got no staff. It was a tiny place so crowded there was no bread. The few pieces of bread that was left looked staled, no variety of bread, and not fresh. Never coming back here. I care about service not the big hype over pumpkin concha just wanted to try it but not worth my experience there. RUDE ladies DIRTY pans & the place (look at floor) no hygiene. I'll rather stick to Arandas Bakery. Don't waste your time if you care for service. If you still go I would say call before going because the hours are wrong and no bread everything empty.

I went today 11/01/2024 and waited in a long line outside waiting for the doors to open at noon. Once the doors open they let a certain amount of people in groups at a time. Which was fine. What wasn't fine was how disorganized everything was once inside. The pumpkin spice filled conchas were put out and there was chaos. There was no line, no limit, and no good customer service! People in the first group wiped out ALL of the first batch of available conchas. People were taking TRAYS & TRAYS for themselves! I witnessed a man walking out with 30 conchas for himself! Another woman walked out with 2 whole trays! I had to wait over an hour for them to make more. Once those came out we were then told it was limited to 4 to a person. There were many complaining about how far they had came from all for now a chance to buy their viral conchas. After hearing compliants they somewhat started a "line" and they then put the trays behind the registers. When I reached the register I was asked did I want all 4. 🙄 Once I get home and started eating one I was very disappointed that there was hardly any filling in one! It was a horrible experience and very upsetting 😭

I’ve been getting my bread from here for what feels like years now and they’re always so nice and sweet and have a great variety of food but now with the pumpkin spice filled conchas, all of that has gone out the window. I know it’s not their fault for it to go viral but I went Friday morning mainly for bread and if I got one of their pumpkin hooray for me and if not I’m still good with their other bread but let me tell y’all it was CROWDED and these people have no home training. Why were y’all pushing and shoving for these conchas and there’s no limit so people got towers of these conchas 😭 and I just shimmied around everyone to get my bread and waited in line and within minutes of me being there the pumpkin conchas sold out. I was honestly shocked and this older gentleman nicely gave me one of his pumpkin conchas and told me to try it. I did once I paid and got home and I’m glad he was nice enough to give me one because it was delicious! One of the ladies at register was rude but the other one who usually is the one that’s always there, was nice. I don’t know if I would go again until there’s more order. So just a warning if you go in the morning, they sell out fast and the hours on Google are not reliable since i know they used to open up pretty early but I know the influx has messed things up. Also for the locals who go for their other items just know that those items are limited because I didn’t see some of the breads i...

I love Mexican pastries because they are not overpowered with sugar. I have found over the years they typically lacked moisture. My wife hated Mexican sweet bread because of the dry texture and plainness. After seeing La Hacienda on instagram, I looked up some ratings and went to check it out myself. Wife came along for the ride with no real expectations. I got several different pastries like conchas, cream cheese horns, empanadas, some long flavored pastry (strudel) 🤷🏻. Bought it with a cup of coffee. On the drive home I started with the concha and holy hell, it was moist, soft, and not too sweet. I told my wife to try it and she said no. After begging her to try it, she gave in. She took a bite and said, “Oh. My. God.” We then started taking bites from everything and they were very consistent in the texture and flavor (SO FREAKING GOOD). The filling was not too sweet so it was perfect and sent my taste buds over the edge (Thank u for not messing it up by over sweetening it). The balance is perfect. I usually will buy a coffee from places, then use it for the dish and throw it out, but I was pleasantly surprised by her coffee as well. I found after tasting everything, I continued to drink the coffee and told my wife, “The darn coffee is good too.” Well, we are about to go out that way today and fill up for the week, can’t stop thinking of those cream...

Last night at about 7 p.m. I went in to get some sweet bread the shelves were practically empty. It was a Disaster They are so focused on making the Pan de Huveo with Pumpkin, which taste pretty basic in my opinion that they have lost focus on what kind of business they are and what they are supposed to be providing for their customers. It was raining they had a bath towel on the floor to wipe your shoes off as you walked in "Really" I guess they can't afford a floor mat the floor was wet and muddy. They have two register's, and the people working them obviously do not know what they are doing, so much confusion going on in there. I watched an employee bring a rack of Conchas from the back she rolled it behind the counter and started grabbing random people's trays that wanted Conchas and was placing them on the trays as fast as she could the bread was hot so they were falling apart there was a line and people started getting in front of other people to give the woman their trays, just goes to show you they have no manners and do not understand the I was before you system that people use. Going back to the shelves and floor, it was filthy "Why" because they do not have enough help to keep up with everything. F.Y.I. 5 Conchas per person because of the demand. Customer service was horrible last night, very...
