I am modifying my review after the ghosting and lousy non-responsive communication on the customer service end of business. We called 3 times and were told to “call back” when someone there spoke English or when a manager was there. After finally get a hold of someone who spoke English, they said just to email the customer service email on the invoice with pictures and video. I did that on 2 October with no response. I followed up again on 16 October with no response.
Upon delivery of our table and six dining room chairs, 4 out of the 6 chairs were assembled wrong. See the pictures and video example. Some rods/stretcher pieces spin and or look crooked next to the other chairs. Parts of the chairs are missing screws, hence the spinning, and or put on the wrong sides of the chairs. We were told by management that the chairs and table would come assembled with the delivery fee. The least we expected was it to be assembled correctly and not to have a huge yellow stain on the side. This table we paid $1500. If I wanted a set that was like this I would have gone to Walmart or Facebook Marketplace.
Not to mention the said “delivery window” they told us when we called the store was extremely late. They came to our home at 9:15PM. The delivery itself was rushed and the workers left dirt all throughout our home. Even if we wanted to remedy the situation, the workers did not speak English and seemed to just want to get the job over with. They were not ever approachable so how are we supposed to remedy issues with the chairs?
After two emails to customer service gone unanswered, I am modifying this review. Again, it should not be this difficult to get a hold of customer service. While the company seems to be able to respond to reviews they don’t seem to do so on the customer service end of things. I thought it was suspicious that they were asking for a review BEFORE the final product was delivered. Basically bribing customers with a store credit or a fancy jet ski. RED FLAG.
I am a business owner myself and don’t leave negative reviews unless I really feel like I was mistreated. I WILL NOT be returning and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

Great selections and the store was very organized and clean. It’s easy to get overwhelmed in a lot of furniture stores, but it was very to navigate and all pricing was transparent and clear. The store sold our table that was promised to us so It took an additional 2 weeks to receive the new table and we did not get delivery on pur move in date.The owners said they would come collect the boxes when they delivered the table but DID NOT! Then we were given the run around once again. But what put the icing on the cake is the fact that after we received a voucher for the free vegas trip that we planned to use for our 1st marriage Anniversary, but when we attempted to book the company informed us that Family discount canceled the trip. We called and called and eventually went into the store because our calls went unanswered then again was given the runa round. When we finally heard from the oweners son Bill. Who is a fast talking crook, that convinced us that we should purchase from him instead of the competition because it was his inventory anyways and he would give us a deal and. Trip. We'll when Bill reached back out we were told that the trip company canceled all of the vouchers ever purchased because they didn't want to buy trips.from them on the future. Bill never gave us a replacement or any compensation for the trip being promised. He started ignoring our. All and text and we have not heard back since. What a horrible way to do us after we were loyal to them and paid our money faithfully. Please don't fall for they're kind talk and gestures they are only interested in money and the customer service sucks especially if you have a problem and don't speak Spanish. Read moreWe purchased a bedroom set for my granddaughter. We were given a date for delivery, when it arrived it was missing the tall chest. We called the store and were told it would be delivered the next week, okay no problem things happen. We waited and on Friday called the store again to inquire as to when we would receive the missing piece that of course has already been paid for. We were told they were pretty busy and it would now be Monday, okay again things happen. Well here we are it's Monday and we're waiting again. We call the store as it is getting late in the day and they tell us yes the furniture will be delivered today. I just received a text asking me what day would be good for them to deliver the piece, Wednesday would be the soonest they will be available, Wednesday does not work for us. I called the store again to advise that the only day I was going to be available this week was today. This person I talked to was useless the issue was not resolved the piece to the $2000 set we bought is still not here. Apparently the piece is still in the warehouse and not on the truck to be delivered as we were told it was. We have not received the product we paid for.
