Visited this store hoping to browse beds. I spent a full 20 minutes walking around, testing different mattresses, and clearly looking for assistance. Not a single staff member approached me or even acknowledged my presence. Despite seeing employees elsewhere in the store, I was completely ignored. There was no offer to help, answer questions, or even just check if I needed anything. After wasting my time trying to get someone's attention, I gave up and walked out. visited with my boyfriend and we got the best assistance by Ray. he helped us pick the best choice we could have with the affordable price for us. although we had a little complicated situation of our own he was really patient with us until the very end for that we could get what we needed without any worries. Ray knows everything about what you need - you just have to tell him your preference of mattress and price you are willing to pay - and he will find you the best options. the mattress we got is awesome! and we highly recommend the Ortho pillows too....
