The Oasis Extended Stay Hotel — Hotel in Cushing

BE AWARE! On June 14, 2024, the last day of my two-week stay, the housekeeper went through a zippered-up backpack and stole a bottle of prescription pain medication. I reported it to the manager or owner. She did not express any empathy for my situation. She only asked if I had left it on the table by the door. She claimed the housekeeper had been employed there for about a year without issues. On this day, while going through my belongings, the housekeeper found prescription pain medication, something that was worth her taking. Apparently she does go through guests belongings. The housekeeper denied taking it; of course, she would. I left the room briefly, thinking my belongings were safe in my locked room. Sadly, this room didn't provide a " do not disturb sign." I usually take this backpack with me when going to work each day. Sadly, on this day, I trusted them. The housekeeper only replaced the bathroom towels and the trash bag near the room door on this day. The backpack was in the back right corner of the room behind the bed, which was nowhere near where she would need to be to perform those services as she did not make up the bed, so she had no reason to be near the backpack. The only other persons besides myself with access to the room would be the housekeeper or management. I did file a police report. I am not leaving this review to hurt anyone's livelihood or business. Best extended stay I have ever stayed in!! I travel for work, so exemplary accommodations are usually hard to find. This has taken the cake! They don't have customer service.. They have mother service! The service is fantastic here. So down to earth, and understanding. If I ever had any problems out of a room (stayed in 3 different rooms) they would figure out how to please! I needed a lamp for lighting(paperwork) , they supplied one! Along with clean linens every day, with a full room service every week. Provided drinks, along with soda, full home-cooked meal provided at extra cost. They will do your laundry at extra cost. Folded as well!!! Even have a large "Netflix" room with electric fireplace, and large 72in TV. The staff are friendly as can be. Found myself in conversations several times with them. Stayed here for about 3 months, with few minor problems, complaints. Only cons I found was a missing dowel rod for shirts, and one bathroom was missing a dowel rod for shower curtain. Besides that, best experience ever! Have nothing bad to say about this establishment. If I'm ever less than an hour away from Cushing, I will drive just to stay here. HIGHLY...

Living Oasis is the best extended stay hotel I've EVER stayed at!! Very affordable and for $50 extra you get HOMEMADE dinners every night plates are portioned greatly (can feed 2 from one plate) and free breakfast! My husband and I love it here! The staff is very friendly and they make you feel like family! The week day manager, Sherri is amazing! Her food is to die for! Reminds me of my mom and nanas cooking!! We've been here for almost a month and she has grown to be like a mother to us. She has never been rude or hateful to us or anyone that we have seen passing through. Everyone is very easy going here and makes staying here feel like home. The facility is very clean and taken care of! If you have a problem, they are quick to fix whatever it may be!! If you need laundry done, they wash, dry, and fold! Only $10 and they are nice large loads!! This hotel has set the bar so high for other places in the future that it may never be surpassed!!
