Overall my experience was beyond fantastic. Larry checked me into room 318 on March 31, 2022 and he was patient, kind and professional to the end. I had the most horrible day I could ever imagine. I received news that I could no longer stay at the place where I was living and in minutes I felt optionless, hopeless and fearful with my children. This news came without notice and within minutes I had to find a place to stay. The team did not know my situation and that’s what made it so much more beautiful and personable. Larry’s outstanding service sets the tone for the rest of the visit and it was nothing short of a wonderful time that felt like home. I am truly grateful. Loretta was always there with a bright, beautiful smile, warm compliments and fresh towels for my room. She has no idea how wonderful she has been to me in my lowest moments. Thanks Loretta . You matter and what you do for your clients make a huge difference. Keep smiling! David, you are super kind and your smile will never be forgotten. Thanks for helping me with the names for each team members in order for me to say thanks. Jason and Angela many thanks for your kindness and helpfulness as well. I appreciate all the help you provided during my stay. Ucef you are a great team member, never forget who you are and what you are at your workplace to cause. Continue to let your light shine brightly regardless of the struggles. Thanks for your help. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a home away from home, a comfortable place for short term stay overs.

Stayed here for two nights with our kids while attending a wedding. It's understood that hotels are having a tough time right now, but this experience was disappointing even by the low expectations we had for our stay. We requested a cot ahead of our stay, but when we arrived, we were told there were none available. We were missing half the linens for the pull-out bed, and when we requested a second pillow and some blankets, we were given a pair of tiny (10in x 10in) cushions in a pillowcase and a thin sheet (like a duvet cover). One of our kids ended up sleeping on couch cushions on the floor due to how small the pull-out bed and our own bed were. On top of that, portions of the wall were crumbling in the bedroom, and two of the lampshades were broken and kept falling off the lamps every few hours. (We eventually removed them.) Several other family members had much worse experiences, with one group booked in a room that reeked of cigarette smoke and another put in a room that appeared (judging by the sight and smell) to have dried vomit on the floor. I've stayed in some hotels, motels, and travel lodges of questionable quality over the years, but this is the worst experience I've had at a Marriott location, which are typically reliable. Definitely think twice before booking yourself or your guests (for a wedding or other event) at this location.

Terrible Experience…I booked a block of rooms for a special event back in December of 2023. The event was scheduled for April 29th 2024 Unprofessional staff across the board. Rude and disrespectful to me! 1. Assigned my guests to the wrong rooms and over charged my credit card, and several of my guests! (Mix up of names and confirmation numbers) I was extremely befuddled! (NH) 2. Refused to correct the-mistake of overcharging my credit card after going over the charges in great detail. One leader stated, I’m not giving you anything!” (Name R) 3. Certain areas of the hotel were dirty and smelled like marijuana. One staff member confirmed that the smell was marijuana. (T) 4. Ceiling tile fell near my Executive Suite…water leak (attached photos) 6. Charged all guests for parking. Parking was included when rooms were booked back in December. 6. After speaking with the sales director and female R, they were unclear as to why my card was overcharged. I waited another 25-35 minutes to speak with the hotel leaders to resolve the issues. . (Sales Director, manager, etc…) No one came back out to address my concerns!! *** My family and I will never stay at this location again! 👎 ***Terrible experience!! ***

I was extremely disappointed to say the least in my stay here. First we checked in the day before thanksgiving so I was going in understanding that house keeping was not going to come until Friday and I was also informed when booking that I would be charged for parking, also did not mind. However my opinions on this changed as I realized that it is a giant scam. We checked in and found out that there was no breakfast at all supplied. Ok no problem we would eat elsewhere, then we were advised prior to coming and during our stay (which we prepaid for) that a $30 dollar incidental hold would be applied. Nothing else. When we looked at our statement Friday we realized there was a hold for $150 not $30. I then went down and asked Omar if parking was included he said it was. But the math still did not make sense as 4 nights and incidentals would have been less than 100., I then another another girl the next day and she advised its $30 incidentals per day plus parking. NOT ONCE were we advised that we were going to be charged anything more than 30 dollars at the time of check in which would be helpful to a lot of people. We were told on the phone and at the desk $30. So next time make sure to advise people it is more than that you are putting the hold for. The next thing is we were there for 4 nights and 5 days. We had 3 people and only 2 towels. I asked numerous times for towels at the front desk and each time was informed they were completely out until I asked the night before leaving and they finally had some 4 days after check in. I asked for house keeping every other day, they did not come at all until the day before we left and took ALL of our towels and left us NONE in the room which is why i had to go down to get the said towels then night before we left. Now lets talk about parking, when I booked I understood I had to pay for it BUT when I got there, I was not asked for any vehicle information at all, the parking lot is open and not gated or monitored so anyone at all could park there and there was a sign stating the hotel is not responsible for the cars or items left in cars. At this point someone from the hotel accross the street or anyone who wanted to could easily park there and not a single thing could be done about it because you would not know if they were or were not a hotel guest as you took NO information. I think that parking charge is frivolous and insane on these basis. The hotel was extremally noisy with whomever was staying on the 2nd floor RUNNING through the halls, sounded like teenagers at 11 pm. The people at the front desk were also nearly never there, you had to walk down the little hallway to the right or speak really loud and say "Hello" or "can I get some help". When I voiced my concerns I was told my different people that this hotel is under new management and the parking fee is recent. I have stayed in MANY hotels as I travel for work, this was so horrible I will absolutely never stay here again and probably will never stay with Marriott again. Hilton is far superior even with hotels at a lower class...

I don't ordinarily write reviews. This new Courtyard is so, so "Right" I feel compelled to tell you about it. First, I don't work for Marriott even though this review will feel like I do or I was hired to write a fake review. I have stayed in a lot of Marriott properties over the years and this is one of a handful that I'm willing to write about. First, when I walked into the hotel the feel was "the same" but "different". And different for the better. Very "Open" feeling. Very relaxed. Christian was the man that welcomed me and he was literally "bubbling" with excitement about this hotel. He loves his job and it shows. When I headed for the elevator I passed a fitness room that is twice a big as other marriott fitness rooms. (no fighting for a machine). But i was still only mildly impressed. They got me when i went in my room and everything that was bothersome to me in the past has been taken care of. First, for the business traveler, there are more electrical outlets and USB ports than anyone will EVER need. For grins i counted the ones in my room. 16 electrical outlets (that I see), 6 USB ports that i see. The work table is the right height and you don't have to pull out the "secondary" table to put your computer on. The lighting over the table is finally bright enough. The microwave and refrig are hidden away but easy to get to. The windows are almost fully floor to ceiling which really "opens" up the room. The table in front of the sofa can be pulled across the sofa for ease of putting down drinks, coffee, etc close at hand. (Probably got that idea from a sister property, haha) When all the lights are on, I can read without my glasses. (Thank you) The bathroom is finally "right". The shower is cool enough you would be ok with it being in your Master bedroom bath. They even put a towel hanger in the right place. After i finished my work I felt it was too late to go out so with much trepidation i ordered a burger in the bistro and guess what? It was priced less than you normally pay for burgers at restaurants and..... it was good. THAT was another pleasant surprise. Edgar the bartender / server was also excited about being there. I had a margarita. And IT was good --- and less than i pay in Virginia Beach so I had another. Edgar kept coming and asking if there was anything he could do. He (and Christian at the front desk) were genuinely happy to be here and it showed. So here's the synopsis. I've stayed at probably 7 or 8 of the local Marriott properties in the Cherry Hill NJ area over the years, and some are really, really good and some, not so much. And my decision was usually based on price and proximity to where my meeting will be. Here's the bottom line. Unless the price here gets stupidly high, i will always choose this courtyard even if i have to drive longer. ...

The customer does NOT come first at this establishment!

After 7+ weeks of trying to peacefully rectify a terrible day-after wedding “breakfast” at this establishment with Clarence Grant the General Manager, Marriott Corporate and Titan Hotel Group, I am left no choice but to finally slam this place with an honest and poor review.

May 9, 2021 - Mother’s Day I had contracted for a room rental with a catered breakfast for the morning after my wedding. The contract consisted of a room rental plus food for 35 guests. The first issue began when the breakfast did not begin until wayyy after 8am, as a matter of fact, nothing but coffee came out until 8:45am, followed by enough food to feed 35 baby birds at 9am. None of the hot food was put over sternos and none of the cold food (ie. juice, yogurt, water) was put onto ice. Our “fresh fruit” was approximately 6-8 whole apples and oranges. Want to toast your bagel? Can’t do that! The toaster is broken! Want some granola for your warm yogurt? Sorry the granola never was served.. neither were danishes, all of which were on the contract. They also must have decided to take sausage off the executive breakfast menu too because that was no where to be found! It was as if we were at a continental breakfast, because we had to head to the front desk for every little thing… coffee cups ran out, no hot water for tea, and no tea bags. The cereal, oatmeal, and juices were rolled in on a cart and pushed to the back of the room for us to set up.

Not a single manager came in to check on us, or apologize for the delay and all the missing items. I have spoken to Marriott Corporate and Titan Hotel Management group, being talked in circles and taking up hours of my time over the past few weeks and all admit that the contract was breached, but only the “general manager” Clarence is able to refund me my money. The fact that there was a black and white breach of contract and Clarence is unable to admit his mistakes and own up to it by giving me a full refund on the absolute embarrassment of a breakfast the day after my wedding and on all days, Mother’s Day, where my guests were trying to get in and out quickly to go spend the day with their families, is unbelievable and goes to show that he lacks all management skills. What is a contract for if this hotel is allowed to break it, and then still charge me? Own up to your mistakes and better yourself.

This situation has been nothing but a nightmare and I will never be staying at this hotel or another Titan Managed hotel as they have no say in rectifying situations and let their unprofessional “general managers” handle everything. DO NOT stay at this hotel because the minute something goes wrong (and it will), you will get absolutely no assistance, you will have to waste your time reaching out, and in the end, the customer is...
