Such bad customer service. Came in for printing, waited an hour, eventually left and said i'll come back later. The girl said she will take off the cutting cost. Finally come 4 hours later, to a different associate, who is rude telling me that it is not ready, it hasn't been started and she is not to blame because she wasn't there. Tells me it will be ready in an hour. I come back AGAIN an hour and a half later to a different associate, supposedly the manager Jazmyn, she rings me up, with the cutting charge on it, I mention to her that the girl from the morning had told me that the cutting fee would be waved. Jazmyn proceeds to tell me that she will absolutely not remove that charge, if I don't want to pay for it. She will reprint my work and not cut it (so that is just plain spiteful considering she will waste a whole order of printing to avoid keeping the customer happy as she was promised) she raised her voice infront of other customers. She even told me I can go to a different location if I please. After 15min of humiliation she finally took 20% discount off the color printing charge. Her supervisor is Ross. I hope this gets dealt with because this is not customer service...
Read moreWent in to use the copy machine. The lady there was rebooting them, so I wanted patiently until they were ready. As I was waiting, I watched mutilple use the machines before me. Okay, whatever, I shook it off and continued to wait my turn. Finally, she called me over to use the machine. As I was asking her how to use the machine, she walked away. Mean while, I’m being charged for the copies that ended up being messed up due to the fact that I had no idea what I was doing because I never used a copy machine before, never needed to. I printed out a few papers after I got the hang of it and then it “jammed”. I waited for the lady to return, she walked right past me and started helping other people. I waited a total of 30 minutes before I put everything in my cart back and left. Extremely unhappy with the costumer service. She could of simply told me to wait a second while she helped the other customers but she just bluntly ignored me. Will not be returning. And to top it off, I still got charged for the papers I ended up...
Read moreWithout a doubt, the worst staples location I've been to. I have used multiple other locations both professionally, and for my own needs. Never a bad experience.
This particular location was, unfortunately, one of the worst examples of this chain. EXTREMELY cluttered loud, and not many employees helping others. Felt more like some strange Bazaar in a foreign country, than a professional business location.
I would also like to bring attention to the printing department. Spent 30 minutes in line while an employee attempted to sell the customer in front of me pictures, all for her manager, who clearly sees the line of 5 customers who have been waiting as long as I and not assisting, to tell us the wait is 60 minutes.
Poor management, obviously not properly trained employees which is a further example of poor management, and one of the strangest most unappealing store displays I've seen.
For those that have made it this far, the FedEx down the street is self serve and no wait time, and it actually looks and feels...
