Post Oak Inn — Hotel in Early

Staff is EXTREMELY disrespectful! We have stayed a few times at this location and every time the front desk is rude no matter what, we got in late this last stay after a long drive and we accidentally over slept they woke us up BEFORE check out time complaining we needed to leave because our room was the “last room” they needed to clean. In less than 20 minutes from this time they were already charging our card for another night! I told the lady hey we over slept we need to pack up and get our stuff out they knocked on the door every 5-7 mins from this point until we were able to get our stuff out. We will NEVER stay at this facility again nor do we recommend anyone to stay here. And if they tell you their late check out is 12 like they did us 5 days prior just know they expect you to be OUT at a minimum of 10 minutes BEFORE check out time and they also will not stop knocking and calling even prior to standard check out time. So if you are showing up later at night and plan on trying to sleep a little this is not the place...

If I could give a negative star review, I would. The customer service was horrendous. I stepped into the room and was taken aback by the smell. However, considering I had already made the drive to the hotel and did not want to drive back I checked the bed. There were stains of different colors all over the bed. When i went to request a refund, I barely finished the sentence and the receptionist/manager whoever it was immediately berated me. He accused me of "messing up the room". He wouldn't even let me tell him that I wanted to inspect the bed before making my final decision. He threatened to call the police and when I told him to go ahead he refused to give me a refund until I deleted the pictures. His wife eventually came to the intercom and yelled at me as well. He told me to give him $10 so he could remake the bed. He threatened that he would not give me the refund until I gave him the $10. I should have called the cops myself, kept the pictures, and...

Hi there I will come on here to second the other “dog friendly” reviews. I have a couple of SERVICE ANIMALS with letter from my psychiatrist which i was showing proof of and was turned away. It is not my fault to struggle with mental disability and the fact that this hotel turned me away for needing an animal for assistance is disgusting. They were so rude and disrespectful that we had to call the cops and sadly nothing could be done because they are a “private business” but if you are living in America you should be able to bring your SERVICE DOGS into establishments with you. I have never faced discrimination over my dogs before until now. I am disgusted by the owners of this establishment. Please if you care about human and individual rights do not go to this hotel. They do not deserve great business and customers. I plan to have a conversation with the better business bureau as well after...
