Chicken Express — Restaurant in Early

This was my first time here. A few days ago, my mom had called in an order for her and some co-workers. They are teachers so I was going to bring them lunch. •Issue 1: One of those people has some allergy where his stuff can't be touching any bread, which my mom specifically stated 3 times. Solution: had to remake an entire #2, sorry guys!! •Issue 2: There was supposed to be 2 sweet teas, not 2 unsweetened. I went off what was on the receipt: 2 unsweetened & 1 sweet. Solution: please ring up drinks correctly in the future!! One lady didn't get to enjoy her drink; thanks guys. •Issue 3: Another person's meal was missing their mashed potatoes, so I was forced to give them mine..Bc I wasn't about to disappoint yet another teacher by their stuff being incorrect. So, I paid for a side of mashed potatoes and didn't get them. •Issue 4: My mom was told her total so I would know before my arrival...the total was wrong. Why was it wrong, you ask? The person who took the call-in order left off the family sized fries...but was able to give her the total with them? Interesting. •Issue 5: we had a 2nd #2 (which is 7 tenders) that had only 5 pieces, which were seriously disappointing in the decent size aspect. I'll post picture with this.

Overall, I don't think I'd come here again. First experience will probably my last, unless someone happens to reach out...

I had a taste for fried chicken I had eaten at this location before and it was very good but today 4/14/24 I ordered the 8 piece mixed and they did not give me two legs so I noticed the chicken also was not very hot so I asked isn't it supposed to be 2 legs 2 thighs 2 breasts and 2 wings the young man told me that it was the cooks choice so I told him that I wanted 2 legs 2 thighs 2 breasts and 2 wings and I wanted some fresh cooked chicken he asked how long on the bone because it was still cooking and the cook said 8 minutes so I said ok I will wait I got it and it was hot so I was satisfied but when I got home and fixed my plate and took a bite of the breast I couldn't bite through it it was so tough so I examined all the pieces and discovered it had been put back into the fryer and recooked it just looked like old chicken from last night you know brown and discolored and unfresh so I called and spoke to who may or may not have been a manager because when I was a manager we had this thing called customer recovery which I don't think that he would know because he told me that he could not do anything about it like oh well.. sorry for your loss so I was so disappointed in how he treated the situation so to the owner of this location in Early Texas it will take some time for me to return to your...

This was my first time here, as I recently moved to the area. Went there on a Wednesday night, service was slow but I think they were busy especially in the driveway thru. There appeared to be several folks working there, maybe 6 to 7 that I could see? The food was okay, I'd consider ordering again for taste purposes but the place was filthy inside & so makes me not want to return. Floors were dirty where people had eaten (smashed fries, biscuits, etc). The drink area was all sticky from people spilling drinks, stickiness dried up on the counter, lead me to believe it had been a while since last cleaned. The trash can area was dirty, i wonder how clean the areas are in the back. Maybe it was a bad night & everyone had a role behind the counter in the cooking area, but I can't help but think how hard is it to do a wipe over in the dining area to make the place more presentable and appealing to eat in? Maybe it's just me and my standards are higher in wanting to eat in a clean restaurant eventhough...
