HTeaO - Early — Restaurant in Early

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would and then that wouldn't even be bad enough to describe this store. Stopped by this location Tuesday evening on the way home from Lubbock. When entering the store, I noticed that the sidewalk was black as you entered the store. Reason being? The floor, from the time you step inside to the restrooms and the whole store was SO STICKY! It was as if someone had spilled a very sugary drink all over the store. A good mopping would not have even gotten that floor clean. Every step I made, I stuck to the floor. There was nowhere in the store that I didn't stick to the floor. So the sticky mess was what had caused the sidewalk to be black outside. Such a NASTY place. Had to have been going on for a while to cause such a dirty mess as you entered the store. The male and the female working there could have cared less if a customer came in as the female made me stand at the counter until she got good and ready to wait on me. H TeaO has really gone down hill. Will never return to this store or any of the...

Went through the drive through at 8:30 pm tonight and asked what a coffee was on the menu, the female voice stated the coffee had already been cleaned and none was available. So I apologized and proceeded to ask for a Medium Raspberry Tea. … no response the female voice was silent and would not respond. I asked again if they could hear me. No response. So I said that’s it’s 8:32 pm are yall closed ? Still no response. So I pulled around the drive through and two females were standing in the window with headsets on both looking at me with no attempt to even open the window or some sort of communication. Best place ever. Turned me into a tea head. I love the variety of flavors and quality of the tea and ice. The employees are so nice too! Store is always clean and it’s kind of like a gift shop inside with really cool merch and a variety of snacks. I love the cute free stickers! Reward system is awesome too! Sliding doors are handy so you can exit easily with your gigantic drink 👍 The only thing I’m disappointed about is that I cannot get almond green zero 💔 they only have it in sweet.
