Hobby Lobby — Local services in Early

I am appalled by how rude the manager and staff at this store acted this evening. The store closes at 8pm went there at 7:55, walked in the doors at 7:57 to grab one roll of cricket paper to finish up mums the day before homecoming. We knew exactly where the product we needed was, and did not need to look at anything else. We were greeted by very rudely yelled across the store we close in two minutes. My wife went directly to the isle where the product we needed was located. While I was stopped by a women with a hobby lobby name badge on not in a uniform. She rudely told me the store closed in one minute. I calmly told her we needed one item and we know exactly where it was at. She then began telling me and clapping in my face that the store closed at eight and the register it was shut off. She said eight four times in her tirade, and every time I clapped in my face. My wife already had the product in a hands and was walking toward the register, when I stopped her and told her what happened. We put the item back on the shelf, and walk to the doors. The woman with a name badge and not in uniform, I am assuming was the manager who had clapped in my face, had to open the door so let us out, and sarcastically said y’all have a nice night. My wife who was very upset at the behavior, replied “YEP”. Is the door shut the woman whom I assume is a manager, yelled “YEP” through the closed doors back at us. I understand if the register closed, but that doesn’t give anyone, especially a manager, The right to be rude, clap in my face, and mock me. Worst experience I’ve ever had...

Always a Wonderful BLESSING to have this store close. We used to have to drive 90 minutes to get to one. This one is the most organized and best decorated one we've been to...and we've been to a lot of your stores. We were able to create a BEAUTIFUL WEDDING for my daughter from what we purchased here. We are both creative, so it meant a lot to be able to create ALL the decorations ourselves. From dress alteration supplies, to decorating the venue BEAUTIFULLY...no brag...just fact. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING HERE, HAVING A GODLY ENVIRONMENT in which to shop and for HIRING PEOPLE who want...

The employees alone need 5 stars each! Everytime I go inside, I’m greeted with friendly smiles and welcomes, anyone is ready to help with sincerity, and specifically today, I was wished an early happy Mother’s Day and while I was trying to leave, my toddler was throwing a fit getting out of the basket, one of the ladies came over and distracted her while I gathered my things to leave. Seriously, so kind! In addition to the fantastic workers who go above and beyond, the store is always neat, organized, and clean. I hope they know what a great job...
