Summer Breeze at Windsor Island Resort — Hotel in Four Corners

This place fit for our large family but it wasn’t until after I made the non-refundable reservation that they tell you that you are limited to 5 vehicles. We had 27 people and 7 cars. So we had to consolidate. But nobody monitors it anyway. The house appeared clean but we found dishes put away that were still dirty. Then came the ANTS. Marching in the kitchen. Getting in the food. In the bathrooms. In the bedrooms and -,ANTS in the pants, in peoples clothes. They are EVERYWHERE!

The refrigerator never got cold enough and our meat spoiled costing hundreds of dollars for extra food. No grill was available.

The pool amenities were fun for the kids. They do not allow outside food or drinks even for infants. And their staff is rude about it. There is an 18% gratuity added on orders. Many people slipped at the pool entrance and staff shrugged their shoulders about it.

Back at the house, the hot water was poor in the showers and the pressure low. The bed’s uncomfortable. The billiard table sticks were junky and the air hockey table cheeses. The kids played on their phones instead.

The trash policy is unclear but apparently picked up every day.

Outside of being able to get our family together under one roof, this was a forgettable vacation. We did contact the management company about the ants and more than a day later there has been no response.

Frances was an outstanding host & her home was amazing! So glad we decided to stay off property for our Disney trip this time! Having this beautiful home & lovely pool to spend time at was such a nice break from the hustle & bustle of Disney! The home is nicely decorated with just the right amount of Disney decor! Lots of space & privacy for multiple families. The community was nice & the club house & amenities were soooo fun! We went to the clubhouse pool with the lazy river, free arcade & mini golf! We decided to heat the private pool at the house & it made it so enjoyable! We also loved the game room & found it to be the perfect addition to the amenities offered! We had a wonderful stay at Summer Breeze. The house is truly beautiful. We were very comfortable in the house, which had everything that we needed. The rooms are all lovely and well-furnished, and the beds are super comfy. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the games room. We also used the clubhouse, which our daughter loved, with a bug pool, water slides, and an arcade.

The house is close to shops and restaurants, and easy to get to Disney.

Frances is a great host. She provided clear and helpful information and made sure that we were okay during our stay.
