Do NOT stay here – this is not a resort, it’s a vacation nightmare!
We stayed at 2167 Lelani Cir for two nights with six families total, and it was a disaster from the moment we arrived.
Security & Check-In: The security guards were rude and unhelpful, treating us more like intruders than guests. They wouldn’t speak to us directly, often mumbling or turning their backs to talk toward their office. There were no apparent signs about which entrance lane to use, so we unknowingly entered the wrong way—and got attitude for it. There is zero signage to guide you.
Cleanliness (or lack of it): They claimed the home was cleaned before we arrived, but that was clearly false. Here's what we experienced:
-A horrible stale smell upon entry, like a mix of old food and must.
-Filthy floors—everyone's feet turned black just walking around. We had to wear shoes indoors to avoid stepping on debris and grime.
-Stains and marks on walls (some that looked like actual feces on the staircase).
-Dried urine near the toilet in the Marvel-themed bathroom.
-Dirty bed linens— There was dirt on the Pirates room one and blood and dirt in the beach room; we had to wash them ourselves upon arrival.
-Hair and debris in the pool, cloudy water, and trash at the bottom.
-The house towels were wrapped in plastic, but they had coarse black hairs on them and felt slimy when used.
Condition of the Home: Furniture was broken or worn out. The couch sagged, the beds were rock hard, and reclining chairs didn’t function.
-The themed rooms felt unfinished—there was blue painter’s tape on Mickey’s mouth on the mural downstairs, and unfinished paint jobs in the superhero room on the bottom floor.
The washer and dryer were barely functional. Took multiple attempts to get them running and working right.
We were told we can't have the A/C lower than 70°F, which made the house unbearable for 16+ people. We resorted to cooling off in our car. If fans had been provided in every room, it might have helped, but they weren’t.
-No nightlights in the bathroom and hallways, and the rules said that keeping lights on "raises the rent"? That’s absurd; how can little kids and others see during the night if there isn't a nightlight or something?
Resort/Community Amenities: -The “resort” area looked great in photos, but was completely overcrowded.
-Pools were small and packed, and the lazy river was a joke—tiny and overrun. There was no system for float usage, so most people didn’t even receive one.
-Minimal parking near the community pool.
-No outside food or even water is allowed in the pool area, unless you want to pay for their overpriced food and drinks. So, even though the photos show firepits to be used for s'mores at night, you can't bring a water bottle in; you will have to throw it out or put it in your car.
-Streets are narrow and crowded, making driving hazardous. Parking is limited—5 cars per house, but space for only 4. Where’s the logic?
Safety Concerns: -One of the worst experiences was getting locked in the shower. A sliding divider door in the Moana-themed bathroom malfunctioned, trapping my husband and me inside. The lock spun but wouldn’t release. Our phones and towels were on the other side. We banged and screamed for 10 minutes before family members heard us and managed to force it open. Completely unacceptable.
Final Verdict: This home—and the entire resort experience—was a huge disappointment. It was dirty, uncomfortable, unsafe, and overcrowded. The photos are misleading, and the management doesn’t prioritize cleanliness, maintenance, or guest experience.

Read moreThe property is nice, the amenities are nice but that’s where it ends. The bad outweighs the good by far. First of all the check-in process is insane, long line, cars all out in the street. This affects you getting back in sometimes as well because you have to wait in the same traffic to get to the entry then you can bypass with your pass. They need to do something about that process. The clubhouse and pool area is nice, but the RULES are insane. No outside food or drinks including yeti and other cups for holding water to keep it cold. They want to force you to buy their expensive food and drinks and then the stuff they server is so-so to bad. They have pool attendants that walk around blowing the whistle at EVERYTHING! It was so annoying. We also were frustrated because it was not made clear what the rules were ahead of time so our daughter was also not able to use the water slides because they require you to be 48’ tall. (Which you can only find out by climbing to the top and have them measure). The kids area rules are 5 or under. They tried to tell my daughter she could not play there (she just turned 6 this week) and when I spoke to them I asked them how is it fair she cannot be here or use the big water slides. They ended up letting her stay there in the kid area. They blew the whistle at these small 2-6 year old children because they weren’t perfectly seated in their butts going down the slide. They make it very clear they do not have lifeguards which is fine for us, we watch our child. However, there were plenty of children not being watched.. one of which I had to help get to the side because she was in too deep of a water and couldn’t swim. The pool attendants just stood there watching her drown. They also have a fully armed bullet proof vest and all armed guard at the pool most of the days. He also goes around blowing whistles and yelling at kids too. The house we rented was nice and clean, but the neighborhood did not seem as safe as I thought it would being gated. Lots of loud cars going far too fast and definitely parties and loud super late into the night. I tried to call the guard shack one night at about 11:30 or so at night because there was something going on in the parking lot and people running through back yards with lights and they did not answer the 24/7 emergency number. Bottom line, we will...
Read moreIf I could’ve put 0 stars I would’ve. I would not recommend this resort at all to anyone and i’ve been to champion gates before years ago up the street and enjoyed that more than this. Entering the windsor was also a lot they need a better technique with that. We stayed the dates of July 20-27 and when we got to our house there was car parked in the driveway and someone in the house which was the so called the property manager and she came out five minutes into us waiting out front. There was candy left from the guests before, crumbled up paper towels in the bottom of the freezer, busted outlets, huge stains on the walls, shower lights not working and etc. Our jacuzzi was not getting hot and the pool filter wasn’t working therefore it was so dirty and cloudy and our neighbors pool was see through and clean. We had to report issues majority every day with the house of our stuff not functioning correctly. That’s just our house now let’s talk about the clubhouse. There was no wifi the whole week also they didn’t take cards at all you had to have cash and there atm didn’t work either. Due to no wifi there was no music so basically you heard in on everyone’s conversations. We bought our own speaker made sure it wasn’t too loud and they told us we had to shut it off. Also no life guards on duty you swim at your own risk but they are there to whistle about anything you do but can’t save your life which is absurd to me. There was a Calender with activities everyday that were supposed to happen different times of the day. One of the activities poolside bingo we were excited to do at 12pm didn’t happen because they so called didn’t have enough people but my family of 13 wasn’t enough either. If it was set to have this activity how can you cancel because not everyone wants to join in. Throughout every other day they had no excuses and canceled activities every day we were there. They have two pool slides and one was closed the whole week which they never said why but for the slide that did work they had to close it and open it ample amount of times because of a wasp nest. Overall spending time with family was the most enjoyable parts to this that did keep us happy. The windsor resort wasn’t accommodating about any of this stuff that was supposed to come with the experience and I would spend my hardworking...
