Windsor island resort — Local services in Four Corners

When we arrived there was an abundance of garbage/trash on the ground in front of the rental home. The trash can out front was not emptied, thus trash was spilling out.

Trash we’re also found under the beds, the overall house was not properly cleaned and for the amount of the rental this is a disgrace. I found a loose blade in the kitchen drawer and the oven mitts were also dirty. Wet and dirty dishes we’re found in the cabinets. The refrigerator doesn’t work.

The can lights in the master bath are hanging from the ceiling. The game room was beyond dirty and looks like it hasn’t been clean in quite some time as there were peach pits left in there as well as spider webs and dirt.

The shower door in the king upstairs is off track. The pool sticks caps are broken. The T Track door molding is off loose. The home also has bed bugs!! I have been promised a call back several times - poor customer service. I do not recommend doing business with Reunion...

This area is way too overcrowded. The house we rented was absolutely beautiful and new, but we will never stay again. Everytime you leave the resort, plan for a 30 minute fiasco trying to get back through the resort's gated security. Cars are lined up for blocks in both direction out on a major road trying to jockey their way in line to enter. Once you make it through the resort gates, expect roads barely wide enough for two cars to pass as there are so many cars parked along the curb. It's absolutely crazy that this site plan was approved without ample parking. The limit of 4 cars per property is obviously not enforced and there is in no way room for this many cars. We stayed here because the resort amenities looked fabulous; however, we never took advantage of them because the home was too far of a walk, and there was never parking available near the resort clubhouse. Overall, this resort is a huge disappointment and we would not recommend this...

Thank god for our hosts at the Ohana Vacation home...if it wasn't for the townhouse we rented, we would NEVER come back. The security at the gate is RIDICULOUS...I not only believe there is a more efficient way to check cars in, there is such a thing as being friendly. Imagine you're checking in for a vacation and you thought it was a good idea to bring your 2 babies to enjoy the pool...you've traveled far enough that everyone in the car is now screaming and crying, including you. You finally reach your destination, and you have to wait another 10 minutes for security to even get to your car, all while babies are still screaming, you pull up and they are rude to you LOL The staff at the clubhouse is nothing to write home about, wish service was...
