Elk Springs Resort- Sweet Dreams-1853 — Hotel in Gatlinburg

I enjoyed our stay so.......much the cabin was awesome. I'm not really Into log cabins but this one was so tastefully done that I didn't even notice it was entirely wood lol. Gatlinburg is a beautiful area and the view that we got from our balcony was amazing (I included pics). You have a full kitchen so if you'd rather cook then eat out the option is definitely there. The place was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub as much as we could.

Check in was a breeze they send you a code the day of check in so it's no contact check in and check out. Anything we needed management provided. I liked how they also had a board with things you could do or see to enjoy your stay written down. Also there is a book where all guests are encouraged to write it to give tips and or advice to future guests that stay at this cabin, which I thought was a cute touch. Overall I enjoyed our stay more than I thought I would and will definitely go back again...

Nightmare vacation. They failed to mention it was impossible to get to cabin in snow, and almost impossible without weather. Once our belongings were in the cabin and we left the cabin, it snowed. The roads were closed to the cabin, and impassable regardless. The resort had no plan or concern for our things stuck in their cabin. They ju st wanted to charge another night if we weren't out on time, despite it being impossible and illegal for us to even attempt to leave. They are the worst. Horrible vacation because of...

Gorgeous cabin, clean, views, I love the setup, the neighborhood, you can have lovely walks within, full kitchen, clean baths, jacuzzi and pet friendly lol, laundry, essentials, good for up to 9 people, 1king 2 adults 1 kid, 2 full sofa upstairs/downstairs for 2 sleeps on each, a queen bed that sleeps 2. The pictures do not do justice. Owner take better pics and even drone video. Endless views. No weird smells. GC name Jimbo sold me even more on the cabin. Thank you and please sent...
