After a long drive we arrived for our 4pm check in. We had to wait over two hours for the cleaners to finish before we could enter. Once we were in the place was so dirty. We called for a mop and they said they would bring one but no one came. Purchased a mop and bucket at a local store and the water was completely black after doing the floors. Table was dirty. AC stopped working on us 3 times during the week we were in the house. The carpet is very worn and looks terrible also. Not a good view from our cabins location, only trees and other cabins.
