Stayed in one of the rooms through VRBO, and it was awesome! The room itself had just enough space for 2-3 people in the single bedroom option and the deck that it came with as well was perfect! While the pool and hot tub were under construction, we visited the small beach which was a short walk from the room which was perfectly sized with a good amount of picnic tables and grills for some early season grilling. The views of the white mountains and Mt.Washington contributed to the overall ambience to the resort. I would highlighy recommend a stay here and will hopefully be back!

Vacation resort centrally located near a lot of fun activities and places to shop and eat. Each unit is privately owned so there is no uniform quality across the spaces but in general the units are cozy with the amenities of an apartment with the size of a hotel room. Great onsite amenities including indoor and outdoor pools and private beach access. Lots of space on the property for volleyball, basketball, and tennis. If your unit has a grill them even better but there are community charcoal grills as well. Would stay again.

Comfy and cozy one night stay while catching a show next door at Bank NH Pavilion. Very clean unit in building 3 which is right next to the path to Bank NH Pavilion venue entrance (two minute walk along wooded trail). Room was easy to book online. Easy and check in and check out. Very clean and relaxing beach area on the lake.

We stayed here to attend a concert at the Pavilion which is almost next door. That's the only good thing I can say. We checked in and dropped off our luggage and went to dinner before the concert. We returned to the resort just in time to walk to the concert. It wasn't until after the concert which was about 11:00 pm that we actually checked out the room. The resort says there is a whirlpool tub but there was not. There was a tub that ONCE was a whirlpool but the jets had all been blocked off and covered. There were tv's in the bedroom and living room - neither of which worked. There was a remote for the a/c but it didn't have batteries. The microwave was impossible to figure out how to operate and trust me I know how to operate a microwave. I've never seen one that had the controls BEHIND the door so you couldn't select anything with the door closed and there were no instructions. There was a comforter and pillows stuffed between the head of the bed and the wall and since there wasn't a headboard on the bed, our pillows kept falling back in the space where the stuff was crammed on the floor. The chairs on the balcony were falling apart. Since the office was closed and there was no phone number posted to contact there was nothing we could do but wait until morning to report these issues which we did. The desk clerk seemed surprised at all our issues and told us that the units are individually owned and she had no idea of the problems. We were contacted a few days later by the general manager who apologized for the condition of the property and offered us a free night in the future which I politely refused. No other remedy was offered. Parking for the concert venue is only $15 and would be well worth it to stay...

We have stayed here a few times before because this property is within walking distance of the Bank of NH Pavillion. We already had booked this visit for a concert, which was cancelled due to the pandemic. We decided to spend the weekend anyway just to get out for a bit. For a motel room the tab came to over $500 for 2 nights. This place simply isn’t worth what they charge. The room was very dated, with badly scratched bathroom cabinetry. The towel bar was stained and badly warped from moisture. The carpet had apparently been recently cleaned, but remained damp to the touch throughout our stay. The TV remote would not work at all, so we called the desk attendant, who offered a replacement. When I approached the office, there were 4 people lingering right in front, several smoking cigarettes right by the door. One of them, a woman, said “can I help you?” I told her I was getting a TV remote. She said “not without a mask!”. Now, I had zero problem putting on a mask to go inside, but the air around her was filled with cigarette smoke, which is an actual health hazard, not a theoretical one! I told her she was rather rude, and I didn’t appreciate walking through smoke in a public area of the resort. Once I got back with the tv remote, it still didn’t really work, I had to point it a few inches from the sensor to change channels. I could have done that with an old school push button Zenith! The WiFi did not work in the room at all. And did I already mention over $500 for 2 nights? They may get away with this for some travelers, but never...

Staying here for a long weekend away. The place is in decent shape and in a good area. It is the end of the season so there doesn't seem many people staying here. We didn't really expect much out of the place and really only needed a warm room to sleep in. The reason I have given this a low rating is the lack of communication. We were told that the pool and hot tub were open until 9:00pm. The first night we were here we used them from around 8:30 until 9:00. The second night we went to go back around 6:00 and it was closed. We figured maybe because it was Sunday they closed early. Well our plans for Monday (today) were to go hiking all day, which we did, and go relax in the hot tub when we returned. We got back before 5:00 and they were already closed! I don't care what time they close but don't tell us your open until 9:00 every night if you aren't. One of the reasons we stayed here was for the nice indoor pool and hot tub. We will not be staying here again and will make sure no one else we know does either. If you have read this till now. Do yourself a favor and stay...
