Inn Towne Motel — Hotel in Greeley

The property manager is extremely unprofessional. I have called requesting a copy of my contract and copies of the receipts because they overcharged me and he refused to send them to me and essentially said too bad you should have them, he also charged me a late fee and accused me of not wanting to pay for the room. They also accused me of sneaking in my dogs when I was transparent with them that the first night we would have 2 dogs and 1 dog the remaining days as the other would be in boarding. I was told there was a fee for pets and was happy to pay the extra fee. I paid the fee for the first night in cash, and attempted to pay for the remaining nights thw following day with cash, but was told he didn't have the change and we could take care of it later. They ended up charging me over $700 for staying there 8 days. I have kindly asked for the owner's contact info because the property manager just yells and screams and hangs up on me. I feel the property manager lied to us, and the owner, and is trying to keep us from communicating so he does not get in trouble because he was not following protocol. I would like to settle this dispute, however, since this situation involves over $500 if I do not receive a response from the owner I will have to get my legal council involved to settle this issue. I would never not pay for a product or service, I have been a hospitality professional in my career and how the property manager handles business is very inappropriate and unprofessional and I hope the owner addresses this issue and contacts me soon. 6/6/19 update: still have not been contacted by property manager or owner. Worst place in town kicked out my daughters family in middle if night but they were fine leaving the mice infested crack shack with a pill popper managment stealing everyones stuff even cops call him a joke lol never stay here unless u dont want visitors like a jail but looks. Like crack heads all around puffin there fentanal do not bring kids here they are at risk if there health insent all pictures of mice to the better business burue unsafe living here and managment watches every move u make like a stalker very sketchyand unprofessional and allows addicts in them rooms and then kids go in and live there after with the roaches and mice stay away this place needs...

Absolutely unprofessional management....Anthony is NOT management material. Adds prices on top of prices at the last min. nothing works....no maintenance. Has black mold growing has done nothing about it. He hates helping people out but doesn't mind collecting your hard earned money. He kicked my kids and I out, admitted he was tired of helping out my family and shoved my husband....and told my children off. Dont let this happen to you! Admitted he's forgetful..... DONT GO TO THIS MOTEL YOU WILL...
