La Fiesta — Restaurant in Greeley

My husband and i love their food and eat there often or order to go. Yesterday we order ed 2 tortas with the meat, beans, cheese and avocado only. The tortas I received had lettuce and tomato(which i didn’t requested) the other torta had only the meat and beans. I called them and they saud they would rendir them. They were remade today and still only one had cheese and the other one only had beans and the meat( neither had avocado) I am very dissappoointed because i believe they arent paying attention to the food orders. The other day we ate there and I ordered the combination that has a taco, chile relleno and enchilada and I ordered a green enchilada and I received a red enchilada. I can't speak to food or atmosphere, but I can say the service was dismissive and unresponsive. I submitted an order online around 5pm (hours before close) and the order was cancelled without detail. I called to inquire about why the order was cancelled in order to see if I could make any adjustment(s) and was told I needed call the other location (La Fiesta Express). I thought this was odd, but called anyways only to be told by the very helpful worker there that I had indeed ordered through the main restaurant. The only good thing about this restaurant is the really nice ladies that attended me .Other than that do nit eat here there's no real Mexican food it's all americanized , the beans were straight from a can , he rice was eh but I think the thing that disappointed me the most was the "Chile relleno" they served me ,It was some chimichanga looking thing with NACHO CHEESE inside!!! I didn't even finish it , I couldn't i had to wash it down with beer .
