Poor customer service, ZERO accountability from the BUSINESS owner. The dress came in the incorrect color to start. Her response, was to blame us. Second the dress tore from different spots, in a 2 hour period for the photo shoot. We took it back to get the buttons that fell off the skirt to get put back on amongst other minor details. As well as the bow for the dress was backwards, even the photographer noticed this. We asked for these things to be fixed and she was charging us for the repairs that should've not even have been an issue to begin with .When we said we shouldn't have to pay for this. She was rude and almost offended by the question. We paid $1,900.00 for the dress for it to have come with so many issues and such poor customer service. I would not recommend this botique. We paid 1000 dollars upon ordering the dress and the rest was paid in full when it arrived we respected our end of the transaction. Very...
