We came here on a Friday night around 5:30 PM. It was a little bit busy, but the gentlemen were quick to greet us and allowed us to sit anywhere we wanted. It's a cute little place, and it was recommended by a different employee of a major commercial chain. I was really excited because he said that it was one of the best places to get a birria taco. I had walked in with my 3 children, and as you know, one of my biggest pet peeves for me is to be treated differently because I have 3 children. I was given a few menus and we were left waiting for almost 15 minutes. The family who came in before us had drinks, and their food was almost finished by the time I was approached to place my order. I had told them that when I walked in, I was only getting a to go order. I found it absolutely ridiculous that I was not even talked to or my order was not taken until after the previous family had already almost received their food. I get it it's Friday, it's busy, and I was willing to wait. I do not accept that others assume that because I'm getting a to go order that I have forever to wait. We were not dining in. Regardless, I received the food, and we were able to leave. This trip should have taken way less time than it did. After I got home and finally ate, I had to say I was not as amused. The taco was decent, but given birria sauce on the side rather than in the taco, it was not favorable. I will have to visit again and dine in to see if this review will change. I definitely won't be coming back to this place ever again. Which is really sad. I've been coming here a couple times a week for years. Today was no different. I showed up and ordered 4 steak tacos and a tea. Total $21 then I tipped him $5 and went on my way. When I got home I noticed they gave me the wrong order. It took me fifteen minutes to get home and I was hungry. So I debated whether to eat it or go back. I decided to go back and I explain what was going on. And the young kid was really rude about it, telling me I ordered wrong. Like I don't know what I want to eat. I told him there was just a mix u he misunderstood me and if I could get the right order and he said let me ask the manager. Him and the manager sat there in front of the window and talked trash about me to each other in spanish. They think cause i'm light skinned, I don't understand what they were saying. I finally told them to just give me my money and I would go. Then he comes back with thirteen dollars and tells me that's my refund. I told him, first of all, it totaled $26. What about the five dollar tip he played dumb and said oh you want that too. I'll have to put that back on the card. How disrespectful is that not to give me my order and to expect to keep the tip. I rarely leave reviews and when I do it's typically warning people of a bad service. Not today.

My husband and I went to Birrieria Doña Maria for a lunch date. The atmosphere is nice. It's clean and nicely decorated. I appreciated how quickly tables were cleaned off and sanitized after customers left. The restraunt appears to be very tidy.

We were greeted by friendly staff and were seated immediately. The staff were amazing! I wish I had gotten the name of our waiter. He was kind and very efficient. We never had to ask for refills, chips, etc. He was on top of it.

Now the food 🤤 It was delicious! I ordered the quesobirria tacos. It came with limes, onion, cilantro, and consome (a soup to dip your tacos in). You guys, it was so good! The food is full of flavor and great quality. I feel like I am a picky eater when it comes to Mexican food and am often let down by the options here in Greeley. I'm so happy to now have a "go-to" place for Mexican cuisine. This is hands down my favorite restaurant in town now 🙌🏽
