Carolina Club by Spinnaker Resorts — Hotel in Hilton Head Island

The units are nice and maintained. That was the best part of my stay.|Concerns:| 1. I booked in April and in July I became handicapped, not being able to walk independently. Spinniker of Carolina Club contacted me of any concerns.| I replied, handicapped accessible. A week before, I called inquiring about my unit. The front desk couldn't tell me anything. I got 2 different managers' extensions. I left multiple voice mails with no replies. Had 3 steps to enter with no handrail at the landing. Fell getting in the 2nd day, crawling to the stairs inside to be able to stand up. Stayed in sore for 2 more days.|2. Ordered food from doordash since I was in and found out that Carolina Club charges a 15 dollar fee. My wife had to meet doordash outside of the resort.|3. Emailed twice during my stay about having 2 thermostats and TV questions. I've never heard back.|I am an owner at Williamsburg with Spinniker and have visited Spinniker's Royal Floridian. Great amenities and location, exteriors look great. Interior is outdated, and the countertops are in need of repair or replacement. The interior of the townhomes are the reason I give it three stars. The pools were great, and there was multiple ones. Hot tubs by the pools were also nice. Grills need better upkeep or replacement, but they did the trick. Club house was nice, although it needed pool sticks replaced and the pool table was out of level, and no ping pong balls insight. The tennis court was clean and seemed well maintained, as well as the playground and basketball hoop. I had a great time here, although I don't know if it's worth how much my family...

Come every year and yet this year will be the last.

The location is great, service used to be great, and so did the people.

Staff was unnecessarily rude to my family from the start and through our stay. Nearly left immediately due to the discriminatory behavior of a specific staff member. The parking is atrocious with minimal accessibility and they make you pay for it. The house we got this year was the worst with noisy flickering lights, broken blinds, a broken bed frame and a large amount of bugs.
