Budget Motel of USA — Hotel in Hinesville

If i could give this place negative stars i would. Not only are the owners horrible nosey and laxy people...the rooms are horrendous. Lets start with the door..the lock is broken. Enter into the room and you see a carpet that looks like a murder has taken place. Nasty stains and a horrible smell. The bed has bugs..yes bugs in it that bit my husband. The vanity are had a pipe bust on us the first night that we had to fix. The bathroom...first off when you get off the toilet the toilet comes with you. The tub looks like it hasnt been washed in months. We stayed for a week the only reason we stayed for a week is because someone paid for the week for us. Yes we were homeless. We also have a dog. This place says dog friendly. The next day he says..i no like your dog. You clean room everyday. Yes. We had to clean our own room. And the roaches..oh my gosh they are the biggest roaches i have ever seen. They allow drug addicts here who fight and argue right outside your door and if you call the front office.. No one is there. There was hardly any cable and they say free wifi but they turn it off during the day and rarely have it on at night. This is a horrible place the bed smelled and the interior alone looka like its about to fall apart. Yes we would rather be living in our vehicle then to ever come back to this place ever again. Oh and when tenants leave like to thw store or work...we watched them go thru other peoples rooms. Horrible people horrible place...pet friendly but they dont want your pet on the bed. And also they complained because they had to wash everything because of dog hair.. Hello shouldnt you wash everything anyway??? Horrible...

On October 6, 2016 my family and I booked this Motel due to Hurricane Matthew. People this is the most filthy motel that I have even seen. The carpet was dirty and smelled like mildew . The bath tub was so disgusting. The bathroom floor had pee spots on them and the walls also looked like yellow pee stains was running down them like a water fall. The counters were dirty with sticky stuff on them, and you can only imagine what the refrigerator looked like. To put the nail in the coffin they had dead roaches in the window seal. I truly feel as if these people kicked someone out of room to make double the money off of people that was evacuating from the hurricane. They could have at least cleaned the room. This place is seedy but stayed here because I was given a discounted rate. The owner wanted me to leave early because he discounted the rate which is a ridiculous caveat. It rained heavily all night and the room had a leak which covered the bathroom floor with 2-3 inches of water. The heater/ac worked alright but was damaged and covered in dust. I didn't even use the bed covers because of the state of the room and left first thing in the morning, leaving the room exactly how I found it, if not better. There's no breakfast offered and not even coffee or orange juice. Owner was sleeping in his office and later had the audacity to say I left the room dirty and torn apart.
