Grandma Dorothy's Cottage — Hotel in Hoquiam

House is cute and has potential. However, it was quite dirty. Huge scary cobwebs that should have easily been cleaned by the cleaners but they chose to ignore them. First thing we did was clean all the cobwebs. Dryer was broken our entire stay. Seabrook concierge said house owner had to replace the broken piece on the dryer. Maintenance said they could put a loaner dryer in the home but that never happened. It was very inconvenient not being able to wash 3 days worth of beach/pool laundry. Overhead light in the master bedroom was burned out. Took two days to get it fixed. Downstairs shower was extremely dirty. Anytime water sprayed in the track of the shower door, a large amount of black mildew would come out onto the shower floor. WiFi was awful. Also, parking was horrible due to other houses on the street having multiple cars which prevented us from parking in front...

This is a bizarre place(the town). It feels like a place that an author dreamed up when dreaming about the idealistic American community. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and bizarrely perfect.
