We were placed in a handicapped room even though we are not handicapped. The shower handle was hard to use which seem inconvenient for anyone but especially for those who are actually handicapped staying in there not to mention the bathroom floors were slick from too much cleaner and not being cleaned properly I’m guessing. Anyways also taking a shower was not exactly easy for my husband who is tall. Honestly the way the handicapped shower head was also didn’t seem like it would be convenient for those who are handicapped either. There was no glass inside the peep hole that was at the level for someone in wheel chair just a piece of their notepad paper shoved in there. They didn’t come into our hotel every day to give new towels and take our trash and what not. Also was not happy that on top of being given a handicapped room instead of leaving it available to someone who was truly handicapped and needed it our room also had a door for a conjoined room which made us nervous especially having two young kids. The handicap room also doesn’t have the small armoire to hang clothes that need to be hung up in nor did it have an iron and ironing board like the regular rooms were supposed to have. So we weren’t able to hang up our wedding clothes or iron them there at the hotel like we had planned. Huge inconvenience. The fact that they charged a $50 deposit and we still haven’t gotten it back yet but have already received our deposit back from our car rental is crazy to me. And annoying not to mention the micro inn hotel in bossier city doesn’t charge a deposit but this one does is crazy to me. The breakfast is not how they advertised. It was very disappointing. Had to ask for clean towels because they couldn’t be bothered I guess to come into our hotel every day to make sure we didn’t need clean towels or trash taken out. Had to go back up to our hotel room to get the dirty ones to trade them out for clean ones which is also ridiculous in my opinion. Then on top of that we found this huge ass roach crawling out from where we had the bags of trash ready for the house cleaners that never came to take. Talk about gross. Then when we went to load our suitcase on to the cart to leave another huge cockroach was on it and it got on us when loading the suitcase on to the cart because we didn’t see it before hand. Both times I put the nasty huge things into one of the hotel cups and took it down to the front desk people. Nothing much was said and no partial refund or anything was offered. Their computer and printer is also broken and they don’t have any sign stating so and don’t have it noted as a heads up on their website. My 7 year old and I witnessed the guy at the front desk be extremely rude to people traveling our country that needed the computer and printer. No compassion. No empathy. No tact. Just plain rude. Not to mention also when my husband and kids and I walked up to our hotel room he didn’t question what room we were in or anything but when my husband went back down to get something’s we left in the car that we needed the guy questioned him on what room he was in because he hadn’t seen him. Even though he had literally just walked in 3 minutes before that. My husband is a dark Native American I am white and our kids are pretty light skinned. I just find it weird that when we walked in as a family 3 minutes prior he didn’t feel the need to question what room we were in but when my husband came back down and in on his own is when he questioned him. Just really not happy with our experience here. And our hotel had a weird smell that they tried to cover up with fabulousa or something. Not pleasant at all. Update haven’t received the deposit back because instead of refunding it the lady charged our account. Probably gonna have to challenge through our bank to get it back.

Great location, super close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We stayed here while in town for a wedding. First time staying at a Microtel. It was nice, rooms are small, we had a room with two queen beds, had a window seat. Nice but small, only a mini fridge & microwave. The pool had water but the pump wasn't working, I should have double checked before arriving. Breakfast very limited, only hot was waffles. I found out why the call them Microtel, nice but limited on things.

It’s to soon to tell we just checked in. I will keep y’all posted. I will say the location is great. The vacuum was in the entry way which I found odd. The welcoming ppl were not very happy. I felt as if I was annoying the girl. I asked how she was she didn’t respond I spoke up and said that bad and she still didn’t respond. She spoke English so not sure what that was about. I’ll keep ya posted. So the stay was actually better than we expected.

I found your staff lazy in the front office and not friendly. ||-I called in the morning asking for an early check in which they denied. Then my room would probably not be ready for the 3pm check in and was pretty aggressive telling me this. Kept saying the hotel was completely booked up the night before. ||-The microwave was broken for the continental breakfast. They told me but neglected to put a sign on it and they could have easily used one from one of the rooms or drive 5 minutes to Walmart and purchase another one. ||-I was in town due to the death of my mother. The room did not have an iron and ironing board. When I called the front desk I was instructed yes, they had one, that I would need to come down and get it. ||63 years old and I had to carry up the ironing board and iron myself.||||-I spend 3 nights there and on Sunday I asked if I could get a late check out. She said they didn’t do late check outs. I practically begged her for just an hour and she refused saying the hotel is completely booked. At this point I knew she was lying, there were a total of 13 cars in the parking lot. I had to book another hotel across the street just to get ready for my mother’s Sunday burial. ||-To confirm they weren’t booked I asked the lady cleaning a room on the same floor as I was leaving she advised they had not been fully booked. With 3 floors at this hotel I’m sure they had probably 100 rooms. ||To not help a customer not only at check in or check out I was very disappointed in the staff at your hotel and will never stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone. ||||-Lastly they well let me know they don’t clean the rooms daily and that if I needed more towels I would have to bring the dirty towels down to them and they would replace what I used. I had to bring my dirty towels to them each day and they gave me clean towels. Crazy to do business like this and treat...

1.) Rooms too small for $100 a night 2.) No mirror outside of the bathroom (so your spouse can't get ready at the same time your getting ready) 3.) No chair to sit in and put your shoes on 4.) Bathtub is cheaply made and you can feel it moving around while you're standing in it. 5.) Was only given 3 pillows and there was 2 of us (should have been 2 each so we can sit up and watch tv easier) 6.) TV was out most of the time we were there because of bad weather outside 7.) They don't clean your room everyday 8.) Breakfast wasn't very good because there was no eggs or a meat or bagels, only dry muffins, really spotty bananas and waffles from a machine with a messed up timer. They also had a yogurt cup, cheap orange juice and cheap apple juice. 9.) They also only had one hanger on the wall that was tall enough for pants or dresses so when my wife and I wanted to hang our clothes, they don't all fit. 10.) They only have a shared ironing board. 11.) I just noticed a sign on the wall asking customers not to bring food to your room. 12.) No automatic doors when entering the hotel for ADA customers or for people that are holding a...
