Never tried you not chancing it. I love the idea on menu combinations of crabs and pricing fair. I don't care for the idea of steamed imported seafood drenched in fiery garlic butter to hide the Frozen taste. Further more. I don't eat California 🍓 and no Thailand shimp or any seafood outside bamaluisian excluding clams and lobster. I went there 3 years ago during Ida restoration drink a beer waiting on two friends to show up. They wanted to sample their new menu. The lady / manager / host advise me I would not be able to stay there unless I eat. I told her I was not interested in eating, best friends were on the way. And she would not take $20 to hold for open table on a second beer. I was considering that being her tip to feed my friends. When my friend showed up they completed an order of the lady had buys us that if we had six or more people to our table they would be a 15 percent charged added to the bill. Add pain considerably 40 to $50 per meal for two people I asked her or are you going to pay the tip if we pay that? I asked her for the manager and I could see obviously her husband or whoever was running the joint was busy she said she was the manager. So I'll let her know that I was paying the price for food and I would tip whoever's going to be serving me or cleaning my table. That I was never planning on eating there and putting money in her pocket. I went to the counter and apologize to the man and told him that if she would not have used an offensive attitude when I very first got there she wouldn't have rubbed her tension off on my friends. Never heard of such ridiculous charges it's bad enough that some people charge a percent for swiping a...

We were so disappointed eating here tonight. While the food was delicious as always, the service was absolutely terrible. My family of 7 were seated together but had separate tickets for each of our smaller parties. Our waitress only came to our table once for refills. My son in law had to loudly call for her when he needed a refill and my daughter's order was wrong. When it was time to receive the bill we were all charged the 18% gratuity. This equated to almost an $80 tip. My husband and other party members went up to ask the manager if the tip could be adjusted since we received horrible service and didn't feel that amount was justified. The lady he spoke to (Mindy) refused to speak to him about it and called the police. While we were in the restaurant patiently waiting for the police to arrive the workers were talking loudly and rudely about us. Stating if we didn't have the money we shouldn't have came here. And they'll remember our faces so they can refuse service to us next time. Mind you we never refused to pay the bill or the tip, but we should not have been forced to pay an almost $ 80 tip for bad service. When my husband asked for a number for corporate or to (Mindy's) boss, she refused to give any information. We love firey crab, but I guess we'll go to Lafayette from now on because the Houma location definitely does not know how to treat...

Feb 14th 2025.. Didn't think today would be busy but it was. Called in my order around 5:40pm stated will be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived cars lined all the way up had right line backed up on highway. Went to drive through gave name order never been placed through call service was told couldn't find my order. Ok called back told me manager would call me back shortly never received call. I went inside to make sure order didn't go through since they were busy so placed another order which was around 7pm. It's 8:40pm ppl still waiting in line for over 2 hrs and orders still not may to go orders coming out but the dine in customers receiving orders rapidly. When you ask how long it will take on your order they would checked the computer screen but never came back to answer your question ( left you standing still waiting while assisting others). I understand business get busy and there's miscommunication sometimes but there's no since in anyone calling in a order @5:40 and leaving at @8:40pm and they saying you still have 30 minutes left before you receive your food. I received a...

Horrible service, terrible attitudes, wrong order served, then charged twice for it, the only response was oops, I'll fix it. The Crawfish were hard to peel, overcooked and the flavor was nothing of what a Cajun Crawfish should be like. We had to ask more than twice for drinks. For crab breakers. Not at all offered a discount for the trouble. This was the first Mother's day spent with my children at a restaurant in years, it's taking everything in me not to let my kids see how upset I am about this whole experience. $125 and no one ate anything. I even covered the tab because I refuse to let them spend their money treating me when they know it was not a good time for any of us. If considering this chain restaurant please. Did you still plan on going I'd love to see your review afterwards. I understand it's Mother's Day but I was a server for over 12 years of my life and this was just poor sad horrible food and definitely not an establishment that will be open for long.

My wife and I stopped in Houma for a couple of nights and wanted to find fresh crab legs and/or seafood since we don’t frequent the south or coastal area often. We decided on The Fiery Crab. The 2lbs of crab legs we ordered, king and snow, were absolutely awesome. Corn on the cob and potatoes came as sides in the ‘boil pot’ and were just as good. The portions are good, fairly priced (crab is market) and service was solid. Atmosphere was lively and comfortable on a pretty busy Thursday evening around 6:30. We were in and out in less than one hour. Highly recommend this joint if you are in or around the area and seeking fresh seafood. Two thumbs up! Side note: Food lives up to the namesake “Fiery Crab”, we ordered the ‘mild’ crab and it still brought the heat. So be prepared for a that as it simply comes with their seasoning recipes lol.

We walked in and stood around waiting for quite a while before being seated even though there was no wait and no one else waiting before us. It took about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged by our waitress. We flagged the hostess down to bring us some drinks because we were tired of waiting for the waitress to come back! The place is filthy. Napkins on the floor, spilled drinks on the floor, etc. The table on side of us spilled their drink and it was never cleaned up the whole time we were there. See pic! Even after they left, the floor was still not cleaned up. And it’s not like the employees never noticed because the waitress was literally slipping in it when she was cleaning off their table. Everyone there seems to hate their job. No smiles on any of their faces and no one seems to be in a hurry. We don’t plan on returning!
