Waited by the front door for ten minutes eight in the evening. Watched as the staff just stared at us from other tables and areas in the restaurant. Only when we started to walk out did the hostess finally come to the front. They were fairly empty mind you. One hibachi table full of customers and two small booths as far as I could see. The hostess just watched us turn around and walk out without even trying to stop us. We even tried saying we would like to be seated in a moderate tone as to not disturb the other guests before leaving. Now I normally love this place and have been going here for years but lately it seems management is slacking. Not sure if this will even be seen by anyone who could do something but if it is then all I can say is you need to do an overhaul on the attitude of your management. As the previous time our dining experience was turned sour when asking if we could send back a roll in exchange for another as there was some confusion on the waitress's part. The first roll was $6 and we were even offering to pay for it we just wanted another roll. The manager felt the need to come to out table and go off on us like a bunch of bad children. Read moreI'm giving this place a bad review for two main reasons. My first reason is the bad service. It took around 15 minutes for them to send a server to our table, and the server messed up my order. I only ordered steak fried rice but they came out with shrimp fried rice. I was fine with it because it only took about 20 minutes for the rest of our table to receive their food, and I understand that mistakes happen. However, it took an additional 40 minutes for me to receive my meal. To put this in perspective, two of my friends had already finished all of their food before I even got my food. I received my food and then about 5 minutes later I just grabbed a to go box because we would have been their for a inordinate amount of time otherwise. The 2nd reason is the bill we received at the end. The bill included the tip automatically which is fine, but it was the 2nd highest option for a tip, and the server did not deserve that much for a tip. And to everyone there that we didn't get to meet, you are doing a good job. And so I just wanted to commend everyone for the great experience we received. You really did a great job. I feel like you and your staff made sure that you directly or indirectly acknowledge everyone at out table thank you for that. I don't want to speaker for everyone in our party but If I could I'd give you 5 stars for the 15 people that was in our party that would be the best way I can say you did a great job in helping make our experience a truly great one.
