We first met him at one of the stores and ninjago our way in, however we didn’t have the funds at the time (sucks having a hole burnt into your pants pocket by gremlins aka the children) Jacob was thorough and knowledgeable and helped us figure things out at the time. Fast forward a few months later (after we sewed up the holes in our pants pockets) we sought him out and he was able to help us even further. He gave us many mattress options (and i found new reasons why i could throw my purple bed into lava and not worry about it) and in the end we kicked purple to the curb (which we currently had and my back sucked because of it). I originally went to Mattress Firm and settled on a mattress, but the company had difficulty delivering to my location which is only 3 hours from their warehouse. After numerous attempts to contact them over 2 weeks, the store did not respond to any of my messages and after finally placing an order online, I was told the mattress I wanted was out of stock via email.

I went to Idaho Mattress Outlet with less than a week until I moved into my new apartment, and not only did they include everything AND a new pillow and save me $100 compared to Mattress Firm, but they delivered the mattress less than 48 hours later.
