I had originally gave this place 5 stars after my initial dealing, but these guys will tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you a mattress. We decided to go with the most expensive in house brand they had because Travis pushed the 20 year warranty. Well when it finally came in and we picked it up and they had gotten ALL their money, NO PROOF OF ANY WARRANTY. They would not give me one single shred of ANYTHING to say it had a 20 year warranty, and I was told after going back and forth with the guy who was on the phone with Travis, that 'that was just the way it is'. So what happens if I need to take advantage of that 20 year warranty? No one knows. I tried looking up Sona Bella Bliss and NOTHING. There is no warranty. We had a great experience here. We worked with Jeff and he took the time to give us a sleep study. He allowed us to lay on a few beds and watched how we laid down and how the mattresses supported our bodies. He asked us also how each mattress felt. We never once feeled pressure to buy anything it felt more like he wanted us to get the right mattress for our individual needs. Most mattress places just put you on their best sellers and then try to get you to buy so they can move on to the next person. Gordon was especially knowledgeable about the variety of product vs individual sleep needs, he was welcoming and very friendly to us and helped us find the perfect bed and frame for our budget.
