Best Western Suites — Hotel in Jackson

Rooms are very clean and staff is friendly and personable. The staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. We stayed on a Friday night for a softball tournament. I loved being able to pull up to the door to unload. Hotel is very quiet and the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. I had a cleaning business for 10 years. I found nothing wrong with the room. We played all day Saturday in the tournament so I called to see if I could get another room for Saturday night. Mike the owner answered. He told me they did not have any more double beds left and asked about a king. We were fine with that (there were 3 of us). He told me he would take care of us. When we got there he asked if we wanted 2 rooms next to each other (with no charge for the 2nd room) so my softball player could have her own bed and tv. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms so dark that we all slept in until 10. He saw us packing up and went back to the office and had my receipt waiting for me. This meant a lot since my husband was not with us and I had a toddler with me. This was the best stay we have ever had at a hotel....

Stayed at the hotel in Jackson because of my husband family reuion in a city about 20 minutes away. The hotel was clean and had plenty of parking. The hotel staff was both pleasant and very helpful and informative. The rooms are located "outside" but the building was very well lighted. It was quiet. They had real breakfast, a very sweet lady that actually cooked your food to order. The room was clean and had a fresh smell. My only compliant about the room is the air conditioning unit is not in the same area as the bed, if you're hot natured, you will understand. The other issue i had was having to constantly ask for towels. We didn't have a problem getting them when we asked, we just felt like we shouldn't have had to. Our family consisted of 2 adults and we had 2 face towels and two drying towels. We stayed from Friday to Sunday. We had to ask for towels the whole time. Other than the two things mentioned, the stay was great and we would definitely stay again. 🙂🙂

We came for a weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel.

It has allot of normal accommodations, ice machine, coke machine and ashtrays outside the rooms for people who smoke.

The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of!!! I don’t have enough good things to say about the team operating here.

Breakfast is from 5:30am-9am….it was made on the spot and that was different from most places I’ve been….absolutely delicious by the way….the dining area is very aesthetically pleasing.

The pool was down when we visited but that’s life sometimes.

They are working to get it back up and running so maybe next time we visit.

The room was very clean and accommodating. Very spacious.

My experience here was definitely a highlight of our trip.
