Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jackson

I’ve personally never had an issue with any of the employees. I’m polite to them and they’ve been polite to me. They usually have the freshest food of any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Like it’s not just slopped together and it hasn’t been made and sat under a warmer all day. They’ve yet to mess up my order. Got zero complaints and I hope they continue with their superior taco making skills. Usually I’ll get a Taco Bell craving then after getting what I want I’m left disappointed, not since moving here and visiting this particular Taco Bell. Every time I get a craving for a crunchwrap or chulupa they deliver the goods. Every order has been satisfying. Even my picky kids love eating from this ‘taco store’. A few workers there are very rude when I told them to wear gloves while handling my drinking cup and don't scratch her forehead and then fix my food!!! Or putting there hand in their pants pocket and work with people food preparation . Need to make employees wear gloves while repairing people food or drinking cups make them change gloves regular..or fire them if they refuse to follow safety regulations !!! I must say a Manager named Ebony is very kind to us she goes out of her way to make us feel welcome she looks out for customers !! Thank u Ebony!! Need more management like her!! First time going to Taco Bell in a long time. Was excited to get a Mexican pizza. Both my husbands and my pizzas had half the toppings slid off the top, what toppings there were. Left off two items from order, my frozen drink, and cinnamon twists. When I asked for them, I was handed a half full tiny bag. Such a shame cause the restaurant itself is nice with great outdoor seating. My sisters and moms orders were missing items to. Will never get my husband back here again...
