Well well well. This DQ experience was about the same level as a trip on a rickety old boat with holes bringing in water everywhere and the lochness monster attacking us. It was the worst thing you could imagine.
Fries. Unseasoned. 😮💨 Orders. Incorrect. 😶😑 Workers. Rude. 🫢🥲
We walked in expecting nothing more than our food. That's it. The bar wasn't even that high. In fact, the bar was practically rock bottom. Yet somehow, the workers managed to fail it. That's not even possible. We ordered our burgers simply. The food was incorrect. I speak very clearly. It was a slight misshap, so I refrained from saying anything.
After realizing I made a mistake with my drink order, yes I am admitting this mistake of my own, I asked the lady at the counter politely if I could switch it for a blizzard. She rudely tells me "You should have done that with the order." This is my second time ever at a DQ and the previous time was years before. I'm am incredibly sorry that I did not know the menu very well. Wheres the Southern hospitality? Furthermore, my friend asked for some more ketchup after we finished the measly 6 packets previously given to our group of 3. She insulted us and claimed we were "ketchup lovin boys." I would never--if the fries weren't so stinkin bland, than maybe we wouldn't need any ketchup. What in tarnation. This is just the beginning!
The sign outside said "Neiw 7 Burger Luncih Speciial." Whoever put up that sign is special. They had a sign of a sign inside that said burgers. Like, just put a sign that said burgers.
Patrick summarizes the experience perfectly-- "Good food. Would have gave higher rating however the girl working the counter had the personality of a turnip. I said ty 3 times never even replied. No your welcome no thank you. Wont be back. I like a friendly atmosphere."
Amen...
Read moreDairy Queen Chill & Grill is the best place to go for a delicious and affordable meal. They have a wide variety of food to choose from, including burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, salads, and of course, their famous Blizzards.
I recently had the opportunity to try the new GrillBurger at Dairy Queen Chill & Grill, and I was blown away. The burger was cooked perfectly and the toppings were fresh and delicious. I also tried the new Bacon Mac & Cheese Bites, which were also amazing. The bites were crispy on the outside and creamy and cheesy on the inside.
Of course, no trip to Dairy Queen is complete without a Blizzard. I ordered the Oreo Blizzard, which was as delicious as always. The Blizzard had the perfect ratio of Oreos to ice cream, and it was the perfect way to end my meal.
In addition to the great food, Dairy Queen Chill & Grill also has a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they make sure that you have a great dining experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Dairy Queen Chill & Grill. It's a great place to go for a delicious and affordable meal.

Read moreWe took our softball team in there to eat after a ball game. So we're talking 20 players, 4 coaches, a bus driver & a hand full of parents. There was not another soul in the restaurant. Now you would think the manager would be happy to have this much business, & would go above & beyond to accommodate all of these paying customers. It seemed as though he was very annoyed that we came in to patronize his restaurant, & he had to actually go back into the kitchen & help prepare the orders. We did not ask for any kind of discount, I just asked if our bus driver would get their meal for free, which is what every fast food restaurant does. He would not even talk to me. I got the cashier to go back and ask him. He told the cashier NO, absolutely not. I told her to tell him that was customary for restaurants that coaches bring that many paying customers too. Again, he never came out to talk to me. I then told the cashier that it was fine, I would pay for the bus driver, but that I would be sure to light that manager up on EVERY ratings site for the restaurant that I could. She apologized again & was very nice, so I didn't take it any further. I will not bring my team or my business back to this establishment ever again!! With 30+ paying customers, you would think the manager would...
