If I could give this place a -5 stars i would. So lets state the problem at hand. First off the sales rep "Dan" sold me a sectional. I asked him before hand, does the sectional have connectors and does it connect. He said yes. It was delivered, it did not have brackets on it, and it did not connect. I called told him this was a problem, he said i could come get connectors and connect them myself?? Your team should have done that when they delivered it. Next, I took out the finance option with West Creek. He told me when i bought the couch i would not have to pay sales tax at all. I get my first payment taken out, and wow...there is the sales tax I already shouldn't have paid. I called West Creek, they said the paperwork they received said i didn't pay sales tax on the item. I was told $1399 out the door. No tax. So where is the tax coming from????? They couldn't answer the question. Then!! Here is where it gets good. Dan told me it would be only 20-30 out of my paycheck every two weeks and $60 a month. FALSE!!!! It was $60 out of my paycheck each time. Last I called "Dan" several times who was supposedly the manager when i bought it, and it took them 2 months for them not to call me. Instead i went up there and spoke with another Manager Ike. Now let me say this Ike was very professional in the way he handled my problem, I am just upset because nothing was done to correct it besides offering me free furniture which i don't want. I want the problem to be corrected. Then Dan the same guy who sold me the couch asked if i had my receipt, obviously i do not. Its been months. I said you guys should have a copy. He tried to tell me they don't keep copies of the invoices?? Hmmmm....pretty sure youre required to keep invoices for up to 3-5 years. Sounds Fishy. Then he changes his story, He said they send them off and have to request them back there. I called last Thursday about my problem, we argued on the phone, he said he would get back to me, it has been a week and a day. Needless to say, I will never shop at Nationwide Furniture again, regardless of what store and where its at. This is the kind of people you put in, these are the kind of angry customers you put out. It’s right off Atlantic and southside across from the CVS and there’s obviously lots of “big name” furniture stores super close by, but DAMN am I SO glad my mother, my baby and I all trusted our guts and stopped in THIS AMAZING store! We were able to leave with a 3 piece living room couch set (4 piece of you count the ottoman) AND an amazing super discounted patio set I LOVE 😍😍!! Ike was just absolutely awesome, laid back super informative, sweet guy that I had the pleasure of dealing with and he was just amazing, almosttttt as amazing as the gorgeous furniture and phenomenal prices lol, he was willing to work with me on prices & bundle deals and even honored this deal I had seen on Facebook including the gorgeous patio set! GREAT store! Within 2 minutes of being there I instantly wished I would have bought from this store right off the bat after already shopping at 3 other Atleast double priced stores with the exact same furniture & quality! Ike and the rest of the amazing team were all so great and I HAVE to give all of you a shoutout, ESPECIALLY your badass moving team who had ALL that furniture to my house and even carried my OLD couch sofa & love seat all out to the road within no joke 10 MINS TOTAL max!! This place is horrible!!! Horrible products and HORRIBLE customer service from DAN. We looked at furniture and Dan gave us a pretty good price. Came back the next day and the man who was working that day said ohhhh no I can not give you that price. So we decided to pick out something different becase DAN liked. So we ended up picking out furniture anyways... big mistake. We got the couch set and brought it home it was way to big and was uncomfortable. On the back of the order form it states 72 hrs and you can do an exchange. We also spoke with IKE our sales person he said fine no problem bring it back and pick out new set. We did and unfortunately DAN was there and he is soooo lazy just hangs his body on the tables around the store. DAN told us to bring our couch set back and we did. When we arrived he started pointing out things that was wrong with the furniture. We told him this is how the furniture was when we got it. We had the set for one night did not even use it. The "owner" and dumb DAN gave us such a hard time and would not allow us to exchange the furniture saying rude things looking rude and more poor poor poor service. We ordered a bedroom set as well but we cancled the order because of such poor poor customer service. All we wanted to do was get a couch that fit our living room better.
