This is the FIFTH TIME IN A ROW have ordered from them and they have gotten the order wrong. We always order the Baja Grain Bowl, the one without chicken. Whether it's through the app and explicitly select the option that does NOT include chicken, or I go through the drive through and explicitly state, no chicken, I get chicken in my bowl. It's like a weird, unavoidable curse.
This time we went through the drive through, ordered it, said NO CHICKEN. We pull up, ask to make sure there's no chicken, and the employee (Misty) says "I thought you wanted chicken." What? We pull up to the front as requested, and they bring us our "corrected" order. All they did was pull half the chicken out, scramble all the ingredients together, and left the other half in! Astounding!
When they finally remade the bowls, they gave us the wrong sides, and no plasticware. Drive through order with no plasticware? Am I supposed to eat out of this bowl like it's a dog food bowl? They're supposed to offer some sort of pastry as compensation for messing up your order, they absolutely didn't. We had to ask for it, mostly because we wanted to give our driver something for making him wait so long.
I thought the drive through was supposed to be fast? But we've wasted SO much time trying to get our food done right. What is going on? This place used to be awesome, but for a few months now it's gone abysmally downhill. Rude or untrained staff, wrong orders, unkept facility,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came into the regency location & I was pleasantly surprised how fast my order came up. Thor had just clocked in and knew I was a regular. I ordered the new Black Forest ham and gouda French baguette. This location is consistently always on top of their game. The coffee is always hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly and I haven't had any problems here since 2005. It is family friendly and there are always nice people promoting positive energy. Many Bible studies go on here and even the customers are so courteous to new strangers visiting the establishment. As a matter of fact , a week ago I was sitting next to a table of 8 very nice Muslims to my left, 3 Catholic priests and 3 Catholic nuns to my right, & 10 non denominational Christians directly in front of me having a nice Bible study. I sat back and took notice of the positive energy in the air all around me. One of my Christian Brothers asked me why I was smiling? I told him to look around and breathe it in brother !! Just look at the diversity all getting along. There's a lot of businesses around here that should probably take notice and get ahold of a Panera's playbook..... A very satisfied long-term customer. Never in my life have i experienced the repeated difficulty that I do at this location. The baguette wasnāt toasted even though the cashier told them verbally about it and the person told me that there was a microwave out there I should use, and I asked calmly, āIāve always just had it toasted, do you have a toaster or are you able to toast it?ā And they repeatedly kept saying thereās a microwave for me to use Pretty much arguing to me. Someone else thankfully came and picked my bread and toasted it. I have no clue why it was such a big deal to them to not toast something?? And why they felt the need to make an argument?? Also everytime I order a drink at this location and then it says itās ready I go up and then they ask me what I ordered and I have to tell them my drink. Kind of frustrating to have it happen every single time I'm not sure why i order a cup anymore if I have to ask for one everytime?
