I had visited in the past similar places to this one and our family always had a good time. Yesterday night we went to Surge and even if the customer service or the inexperienced staff was not good we tried to have a fun time. 20 min later, while jumping my son hit his head with one of the metal equipment while falling into one of the foam sponge pool causing an INJURY AND BUSTING HIS HEAD OPEN. Thanks God I was supervising my son very closed and I was able to get him out of the pool promptly. There was a LOT OF BLOOD everywhere and I immediately asked for help. NON OF THE ASSOCIATES HAD AN IDEA OF WHAT TO DO!!!. I keep asking for a fist aid kit, a nurse station...something!!!!!! To stop the bleeding and take him to the hospital but is incredible that a place like this doesn't have trained staff or a first aid kit to used in cases like this. I started asking for the nearest hospital because I'm not from this area and they didn't have a clue....They make you sign a waiver before jumping because they know is a HIGH RISK PLACE AND INJURIES CAN OCCUR...so is logic being prepared in case of an accident..... Thanks God there was a police officer and he took his first aid kit out of his card and helped me with the situation. My son had 8 stitches in his front head and spent the ningt at the hospital. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE, But if you do please keep supervising your kids all the time and be prepared in case that something like this happens... I believe that we were lucky because could have been lot worse and if that was the case probably you won't find the help need it to save you child while the responders arrive. Side note: while I was asking for help, looking for a first aid kit and a hospital the only question I was asked it was if I spoke Spanish....???!!!!! Seriously??!!

Definitely better than most in the area. Things that are better: - more stuff for the kids to do - the arcade option is good to have something else besides jumping. - big enough to handle a lot of kids jumping at once Negatives: - no real food options. Just snacks and drinks. Pretzel or beef stick is all you have. Hot dogs would be a great addition. Cheap and easy to keep them cooking and ready to go. - so big it is hard to maintain sight lines with your kids if you have more than one to watch. - security is minimal. Very easy for someone to walk in and steal from the shoes cubbies (or even snatch a kid). Caveat: They do sell lockers though if you want to keep your valuables safe. Another safety issue: the entrance… it doesn’t prevent people from just walking in and taking a young child that is unattended. Scared me as a parent to have to work very hard to keep my eyes on my kids the whole time. - there were things not working or in poor shape. - there were some good workers/attendants. Others were probably just there for a paycheck and didn’t like their job and do a good job. - seemed to be minimal to no management checking on things. A visible manager should be present or roaming and interacting with customers at times. I almost gave this 3 stars but the kids had a great time so I gave 4 stars. Some room to improve, and mostly it is in the area of maintenance and management. A little more attention to details and this could be an amazing experience!!

On 12/14/24 around 7:45 pm my experience was the worst I’ve ever experiencing, I got my wallet and money stolen by a light older mid age lady that worked at the counter and when I asked her if she seen it she said no, then I asked her if she would run the cameras back so I can make sure I didn’t leave it at the counter, she told me no and I would have to wait til 10 am the next day because her manager was wasn’t there, but to come to find out the manager was outside and knew about this situation the whole time because he is dating the employee, so when the police was called then he comes and acts like nothing happened and a kid stole it, he keep going to the back , then a customer came up to the front once my wallet being stolen was finally announced, and said she gave it back to the lady at the front(the one who said she ain’t see it) immediately the lady ran to the back and the manager ( a Hispanic older man from New York) started talking to me and my sisters crazy not being professional and just lying and cursing. When they realized I was going no where until the police come so I can see the footage all of sudden my wallet comes up , then when I asked where my money was they kept saying they don’t know they don’t have it, then 10 minutes later the manager found the money . This is crazy my niece and nephew seen him drop the money behind the massage chairs then lie and tell us he found over there. Shaking my head I walked everywhere round there looking in every spot so I knew he was lying . So This is unacceptable , I just lost my mother that’s why I was down there in the first place for her funeral and I’m not even from Florida and I have to get back home plus I got my 10 nieces and nephews that I’m trying to do something for so it can take they mind off of their grandmother passing. So please watch your kids and money because they will taking and steal from you no matter the circumstances. And surge need to change staff and...

I’ve been going here for many years w/my children. About 8 to be exact. We’ve had many birthday parties of our own throughout these yrs & made lots of fun memories never to be forgotten. However, over the last year or 2, this place has undergone new management changes & just is not the same. I took my youngest son in once more to see if maybe things had gotten better & no. He begged me to leave. I was appalled that all of the workers were standing in one place no where near any of the children playing in any of the jump areas. My 9yr old injured his foot & had to be in the hospital over it the visit before this one, where there were absolutely no one watching these children. Thank goodness I happened not to be far from my child. If you want your child bullied, this is the place to go. It’s basically a free for all for parents to go & let their kids do whatever they want to & act like little brats while they can sit & gossip or whatever it is they do. Who knows.

I even tried to speak up twice & let the manager know what was going on several times but it is clear they do not care. Then when we went to spend my child’s tickets before leaving… all 3 little girls standing up @the counter with the manager were more concerned about the guy standing in front of them in a conversation for the last 10mins & made us stand there & wait. All while looking right at us! Finally one came Over & I asked her who the new manager was. She proceeded to tell me she’s only been working there for 6mos & has no idea what her managers name is.

To top all of this off… I found out I was also overcharged for our visit afterwards. I am so sad this place has turned into this! It used to be a wonderful family time & now my own kids do not ever want to step foot back in there again & my 9yr old encouraged me to let the owner know about what is going on there @Surge. Not bcuz he wants anyone in trouble but bcuz we want to see it change...

I had my daughter's Birthday Party here. They had a Great Time and I would have given 5 stars, had it not been for the bathroom situation. The bathrooms, first of all one for each sex (for such a big venue), were out of order. I was not informed of this (which should be policy) before booking my daughters party. Just FYI, if thinking about booking a party here, ask about the restroom situation! I would not have booked it here had I known. We had young kids in our party, so myself or one of the other moms had to keep leaving the party area and walk the kids to the bathroom, in other facilities. My guests could not believe there were no bathrooms n I had to keep being apologetic to them over this situation. Also, when I walked one of my guests to Longhorns, I asked the hostesses could we use the restroom and they said sure! However, when headed to the restroom, one of the waiters made a comment out loud, "that I'm sick of these Surge people coming in here"! I felt horrible for myself and my guest. I proceeded to ask for management so I could get clarification on the policy about us using the restroom. They told me they don't mind us using the restroom. They also apologized for the waiter. But they also proceeded to say, they are having a lot of Surge people come in here to use the restroom and it is beginning to become a problem. I was kind of upset because I encountered this situation due to no fault of my own. In conclusion, we had fun, until someone had to use the restroom. I am shocked this facility can be opened without restrooms. Is this a possible health code violation??? I hope this urgent situation is addressed. And I hope no one else has to encounter a situation like I did at Longhorns!!!! P.S. The staff (mostly teenagers) were ok, very nonchalant. Except for Kadeem, he was Great! The staff, as a whole could use more adult...
